Every time we come to this Subway there's always a solo worker and whichever worker is there has always been very kind and friendly. We usually come in later in the day and have been coming off and on for a few years now. The date of this review, there was a nice lady working at night - she was very professional about her job, quick, attentive, and asked extra questions to ensure we left with what we needed. This was the fastest I've been out of a Subway, even at times where there have been more than one worker. Didn't catch her name, but thank you very much!Vegetarian options: It's all sandwiches, so you can get all-veggie and a vegetarian sauce option!Dietary restrictions: Variety of options for meats, veggies, sauces, desserts, and drinks. Fully customizable menu so you're not restricted to getting a sandwich that doesn't fit all your needsParking: Wrap-around parking spaces, the subway is inside a shopping centre so you could park a bit further away as wellKid-friendliness: There's always a child in-store when we come to this Subway. They also have slider options, kids drinks, and kid friendly snacksWheelchair accessibility: You can get into the building with a wheelchair ramp, buildings itself is flat-level to avoid tripping hazards for those able to walk and may help avoid rattling for wheelchair users. No automatic doors, someone may need to assist a wheelchair user through the doors.

Very weird to be eating your food and have a small child running around touching everything in the back where they make your food and very unsanitary and very annoying hearing the crying when eating I don’t get why staff have their children in the food making area and back.

Just wow wow.. The manager and her son treated me very bad with racism.The manager named Misty I believe she was absolutely rude to me and her also working there and he treated me just like his mom.. the food is dirty the son playing with his ear and doing my sandwich lol. Anyways cancelled my order and never go back to this place.

We ordered online and the woman that made our sandwich did not care what they looked or tasted like. If someone asked me what my worst subway experience was, I'd say this one. We were sitting inside when we ordered and after the order came through, she slammed the chair she was holding and huffed off to the back like we were inconveniencing her by making her do her job.

I ordered my sandwich with the Subway app for pickup. I did not ask for anything strenuous on the special notes beside cutting my sandwich into 3 pieces, and adding more olives. They failed to do either of these simple tasks, and I was left very disappointed. Especially since the app allows you to tip for services yet rendered. This ordwr is a prime example why giving a tip before services are rendered is a bad practice.

I came to get dinner but there was a hand written note on the door saying they were closed for an hour. I waited and made an online order while I did. According to the note on the door they continued to leave the door locked and ignore me at the door 30 minutes past the note. The one lady was nice but the older blonde lady was not kind.

I would've put one star but the wrap I ate today tasted good so I put two. My husband went to get dinner and when he got back it baffled me that 2 wraps and 2 sandwiches came out to $50 somehow?? Subway is mediocre at best as a sandwich shop, not only that but he was telling me about the lady who made the sandwiches and how rude she was; she asked if my husband was joking when he said he needed 4 sandwiches. My husband really likes subway and goes there once or twice a week, and tips every time. But this isn't the first time the staff has been rude. And the food isn't worth $50 certainly.

I ordered a simple roast beef sandwich with mayo and lettuce. The lady was really nice, got my sandwich, went home, and have spent the last 12 hours attached to my bathroom......Never again
