Bought a sandwich and when I received it, it wasn't the correct sandwich when I went back to get it corrected they tried to argue with me and say it was the correct sandwich. Once I received a new sandwich after giving them the receipt so they could put all the correct topping on they still proceeded to mess up my sandwich, I will not be going here anymore the last three times i have bought something here it is either messed up or terrible customer service. No more subway for me.

Have been to this sub way plenty of times end 2-5 times my order is always wrong, I pay for avocado and order via the app for my lunch break, when I go back to the office no avocado on the sub, the cashiers don’t even inform me if they are out of avocado so it might be that the almost always forget.
I haven't eaten at a Subway in over 10 years. I heard the new foot long cookie and pretzel were worth the revisit as Subway was having a hard time keeping up with sales. Whether it was the specific location I went to or not, I will not be back for anymore. The cookie had no flavor. All fluff and no taste. It looked great but both it and the pretzel had been pre cooked and reheated upon my order. The pretzel was rock hard by the time I was able to eat it, and looked burnt goin into the oven for a reheat to begin with. Very disappointing visit, as I enjoy a freshly baked cookie or a warm pretzel and was so excited that they were gonna have Auntie Anne's pretzels. What they serve at those locations are always so good! ...Buyer beware with these two options!

I'd give them no stars if I could. We came here 15 min after open and there are no employees here, no lights are on and the doors are locked. No "were opening late" sign at all.

Bradly, the team lead was not only aggressive but rude to every customer for no reason. i will never be back to this subway and i highly recommend going somewhere else, or a different location. Bradly and his whole team were disrespectful and aggressive to all the customers i swat them interact with. Embarrassed for them that their management staff behaves such a way.
