The place itself insinde was so disgusting and dirty it blew my mind. I have never been in a food place so filthy. The floor, don't even get me started. Absolutely trashed, and they had just opened. The counter top, you have got to be kidding me. Dust and grime everywhere. EVERYWHERE!!! Spent $20 on my order, I left and threw my sandwich away. Didn't feel safe eating it. Step it up man, so disappointing...the staff, not impressed even a little bit. Just acted annoyed that I even came in.

If I could give negative stars I would 100% do so. I love subway I always enjoy eating it but when I moved to Boise this was the closest location to my home so I started going here. I have only been to this location 3 times and will never go back. The first time I went in the place was messy their food containers were dirty and the workers seem to judge you for what you order, mind you this happed 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been here. The 2nd it was probably like the middle of the day my sister came to visit and she wanted subway, the place was still nasty and same worker. They said that “ran” out of green peppers and then proceeded to make my sandwich wrong and wouldn’t put the right things on it. When he made my sister’s sandwich she asked for lettuce and the guy put the hole dang tub full of lettuce on her sandwich. Like come on who wants that much greens. The 3rd time I went In there was tonight. I pulled up and someone just walked out of the store. I go in the place is a mess the food containers are nasty and no one came out to help me. I sat there for a good few minutes, knocked on the glass even said hello is anyone here very loud( I could hear the worker). After getting no response I chose to leave as soon as I walk out the door bout to get in my car I seen him come out from the back. I was so mad i just left and went to a different store. The worker that’s always there when I want food is a bigger guy with a beard and seems to always be wearing the black jersey shirt. Will never be going back to this location, I’d rather drive 30 minutes than go back to this place. Subway management you need to get your building in check or something.

Terrible service. I ordered online 30 minutes before arriving, it wasn’t ready when I got there. Sat down to wait and they finished the order but decided not to tell me (they knew I was waiting.) they let me sit there for 20 minutes. The sandwich was dry and tasted sad.

I don’t typically write bad reviews, as I know places get busy or have off days, but this was twice in a row.
Two weeks ago I ordered a club on Flatbread, asked for it toasted, wasn’t toasted so the bread was not soft at all- everything was falling out of it because it was so stiff. There was so much salt poured on it that I couldn’t eat it. I figured maybe with the online ordering the toasting just got missed. The cheese was incorrect also.
I gave them another try today, and wrote in capital letters on the ‘notes’ part to please heat the meat even though the sandwich wasn’t going to be toasted- the meat wasn’t heated. The bread on both of our sandwiches was so dry and crispy like it had been baked too long. The notes also asked for the sandwich halves to be wrapped separately, and also was not done.
We tried to call the restaurant multiple times with no answer- so long story short, either go into the restaurant to order because online instructions don’t seem to be followed- or just don’t go to this location at all.

The employee was preoccupied, and got a phone call in the middle of making my order, and decided to answer the phone walking away before he was done. Making the other employee step in to finish. Then messed up my order. Then the first employee came back and quickly left the store. I did not realize he first, did not make the right sandwich, then did not enter the right one in the register so i received the wrong one. I went back after I realized it was wrong and the employee who finished my order said there is nothing I can do! I will not be going back to this location!

Will never come to your store again. You worker is lazy. Alot of people like a nice cold fresh ice tea and when I ordered i asked if they had it he said yes and it was never made and all your tables are dirty
