Management was extremely rude. Saying that their customers “were probably from California” when they requested to not have to sit by the door when it’s cold outside. Food was nasty. Clearly something has changed because the service and food was not at all like I remember it being. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I will never be back.

My 5 year old says the bacon is the best! The waffles are great, and the syrup is very tasty. I was not impressed with the benedict.

I really like the food, plenty of options on the menu, great taste, and good quality. I enjoy sitting at the bar counter and watching the cooks work. They're like a well oiled machine, calling out orders, switching from one thing to the next, producing delicious and consistent food each and every time. I think they've created and operate a great business. ?

The vegan options are amazing. I had a vegan style havardi scramble. Assuming they got it right and didn't use animal products (if they didn't, I genuinely couldn't tell), it was far and away the best vegan egg dish I've ever had. Not a huge selection of vegan options, but the ones they have are great quality.

Unacceptable wait time, very unprofessional and rude staff, I heard them make fun of almost every customer. They left orders sitting on the counter for 30 minutes waiting on toast. One employee was aggressively yelling at several customers for being upset that there was such a long wait yet the call in orders were getting done 30-45 minutes before people who had been waiting for a while. Not a single employee said "I'm sorry for the wait." Which would have made this review entirely different. Not a single employee smiled or were friendly. If you're looking for a place that will make you wait an hour for cold food, insult you within hearing distance, yell at you instead of apologizing for the ridiculous wait, tell you that it's not their job to answer when you ask a simple question, yell at you and make you feel unwelcome, this is definitely the place for you. Otherwise, it's worth the drive to Meridian to get food from this chain, at least the emplyees there know how to smile and make toast faster than 30 minutes.
Breakfast was very bland, biscuits and gravy didn't have any flavor, pancakes were undercooked, the eggs were average. The only thing that was good was the meat but it's almost impossible to mess up bacon and sausage.

I've never had a worse customer service experience with a restaurant. They lost track of my order, which is fine. I understand things happen, especially with everything going on right now. I don't mind if it takes longer; I can wait. But I do mind if you're rude to me and treat me like it's my fault that my order got lost in the shuffle. That's unacceptable.

today I was dissatisfied with your work. I had a doordash order, I waited more than 20min for the order. and 15min later took than he should have taken. every minute is precious for delivery workers, otherwise our rating will be lowered and we will earn less .... please respect our work
