Everyone there was super helpful and kind and professional! The food hit the spot after an evening of skiing. So great that I don’t have to go to an expensive restaurant for great service!

I work across the street at bluebird car wash and eat lunch here often and it’s always the best service and food out of all in Boise I recommend you come here for lunch

Upon entering I was told to order at the kiosk, then I couldn't find what I wanted to order on the kiosk because it wasn't on there. The MOD asked the drive through attendant to help me, who was very busy. The manager spent 20 minutes counting a cash drawer. I ended up not getting what I wanted to order. I was very disappointed.

I like to go here to just think and eat a little bit a place I'll often bring my friends and the workers there are great in there personalities Im really happy that taco bell has the app where you can save points and what's cool is you can add points every day. Its worth getting the free items on the menu and a good way to try out there cheaper menu. There's ALLREADY a few things that I like like now that I tried from the rewards app. You should sign up for the rewards app anyways you get all kinds of of food items and it's easy to navigate.

My first time stopping at the store on West State Street in Boise. Danielle the manager was just really on the ball and did an outstanding job. What impressed me the most is the way she treats her employees. Great job.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one unfortunately has the least comfy service I've gotten. I don't expect people to be excited to see me in the drive-thru, but we always order ahead and it seems like the crew is inevitably upset when we pull up to the window for a quick pickup. Portions are also distinguishably lighter compared to other locations.

In my photos, I have a 1 Layer (5 Layer), a crunch wrap, that is about 1/2 the thickness of a whiteboard sharpie, and a potato fiesta bowl with a dab of sour cream. This store is horrible. 1.) They put little or no ingredients on their food, in my case it was the crunch wrap, 5 layer, and potato fiesta bowl. Each being mostly tortilla. 2.) The man answering drive through silently, with a blank face, glares at you as he hands you your food, then looks away like he’s glad you’re gone. I’m case you want to report the guy again, he has tattoos, average height, and well…has horrible customer service. 3.) I paid for avocado sauce, because I didn’t know they charged for it…that’s on me. What isn’t on me is that they didn’t give me any of it. So I called, and they wrote my name on a list, telling me to drive back to get it. Punishment for my hubris I guess. There was no compensation for the lackluster food, their neglect, or their performance. I am comparing this to my amazing g experience from the Taco Bell on Chinden and Glenwood. They are AMAZING! They have great proportions on their food, they make up for their mistakes properly. If they neglect ingredients, they will remake it for free, and they are friendly and energetic. Amazing manager there too, I went there for months because my college dorms were right next to it. If you go to the Taco Bell on State, the extra 5 minute drive is worth it to go to the Taco Bell on Chinden.
