Service and food are fine but they forgot multiple things from my bag, even things they charged me for. I had to repeat myself multiple times at the speaker cause they kept not adding things i was ordering and when i finally thought we corrected it i got home and saw all my sauces and a couple burritos were missing

I am replying to Cathrine Cran. I am also a DoorDasher and we were there at the same time so I know which lady you’re talking about. The wait was long because it was halloween and they were extremely short-staffed. You very much exaggerated when you said she “tossed” and “slammed” the drinks on the counter, because that did not happen. Yes, she was crying, but if you’ve ever worked a day in your life in customer service, you’d know how bad it is and how rude customers (such as yourself) are. If she in fact did roll her eyes, I don’t blame her.

These are fast food people making minimum wage and are overworked by their managers. They are humans just like me and you so you need to expect human behavior from them. All you needed to do was pull her aside for a short moment and say something kind, instead of leaving a bad review to someone who looks 16. You and me chose to work for DoorDash and I think you’re aware that fast food doesn’t always accommodate us. Yes it can be frustrating, but we chose this and signed up for it.

You have no idea what was happening in her life or even what was happening an hour before we were there, so don’t leave a review unless it’s 100% truthful and honest. Thanks.

I was definitely not impressed with my most recent visit to this location. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 on 10/31 to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver which was set to be ready by 9:47 according to my app. When I went inside it was a little busy but seemed to be moving smoothly, however I ended up waiting 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there. After a few more minutes I was able to ask an employee if they had the order (sometimes they’re stolen from the counter) and she just looked at me and walked away to the back and never checked for my order. Then one of the ladies working by the drive thru was openly crying and tossing (not an exaggeration at all—the bags caught a little air) other customer’s food and drinks on the counter and was rolling her eyes and she definitely should have taken a minute to compose herself before trying to serve people. I ended up leaving after another 5-10 minutes without my customer’s order and it was a giant waste of time.

It's ridiculous that you guys charge people three dollars for a small drink close enough to a kids cup not only that the soda machine wasn't working right that's why you put a sign that says out of order!

Management needs to reorder fresh products. The shells of the tacos and the Mexican pizza were stale to begin with. We weren't 5 minutes from getting the order to taking a bite and everything was cold. Just not worth the time

So when I ordered a 9.00 deluxe box and two burrito Supremes. All I got was two crunchy tacos a Mexican pizza. Like why ask for my food and not get the right one.

It has been years since we were at Taco Bell. Ordering by kiosk was a little daunting. The clerk was VERY VERY helpful getting our order entered. The food service was quick and the food was good.
