I am replying to Cathrine Cran. I am also a DoorDasher and we were there at the same time so I know which lady you’re talking about. The wait was long because it was halloween and they were extremely short-staffed. You very much exaggerated when you said she “tossed” and “slammed” the drinks on the counter, because that did not happen. Yes, she was crying, but if you’ve ever worked a day in your life in customer service, you’d know how bad it is and how rude customers...

It has been years since we were at Taco Bell. Ordering by kiosk was a little daunting. The clerk was VERY VERY helpful getting our order entered. The food service was quick and the food was good.

I was eating my tacos when Xwife entered. I cringed seeing the beast unrestrained in public. I didn't want to see it feed and quietly exited. As I watched from the car, the employees chased the beast outside and across the parking, where it flew away. Good job protecting the place and customers. You guys, you may have even saved part of Boise!
