Came in to order a drink and was told we can’t order inside and only if we are a doordasher or going the drive though. Lady told us we can’t order at all in here and as I was pretty upset o asked why and she said that they were busy. Seeing as I couldn’t go through the drive through I had to download the app just to order rather than just using the screen that’s already there. The drive through wasn’t full and there were maybe 3 door dashers lined up. I looked behind me and I saw 5 uniformed workers on break using profanity and being very unprofessional. It’s ridiculous I had to add an extra 5 minutes just to order and that doordashers were preferred over actual in person customers. Pretty ridiculous. Also when I’m eating I don’t want to hear a bunch of cussing from employees absolutely ridiculous

I've been using this location for a long time, never any problems. I did an order from in the app for pickup. When I got there they had work being done in the drive through area..not a problem went inside and they asked if I had picked the right location. Showed them my order from the app and a text of money being taken out of my account for it. A manager came over and had the employee put the order together. 20 minutes later I got my order and stepped outside. The fries were ice cold. I went right back in and said hey these are ice cold. So they made new fries and took about 10 minutes to get them. The lady walked up and said I'm sorry I knew they were old and crusty here's some fresh ones. Hopefully this issue is fixed as being in the restaurant industry my whole life and an active lead manager at a restaurant myself this was quite possibly the worst experience I've had at this location 😬

If yall arent going to do uber eats orders at a certain time maybe don't allow them to be ordered? I waited an hour and 4 different drivers drive there, I felt so bad because I felt like i wasted there time even tho none of them told me you guys couldn't do the order

I was there last night over halloween weekend, the lobby was packed but I noticed the kitchen staff working as hard as they could to get the food out even with the other problematic customers. I have to give props to them for being able to handle that many orders at once

The store needs a serious upgrade. Staff is super rude and none of them even seem like they want to be at work. The lobby is closed and the drive-thru line is all the way through the parking lot when I called them to ask them if I had to go through the drive-thru for a doordash order they said yes and when I asked them why she seemed appalled that I even asked. they said it was due to 4 call ins and no one to run the front lobby. Maybe get some different staff and different management.

If I won the lottery I would bulldoze this restaurant and remove it from the earth. Order your food a week in advance and it’ll still be late. I would pay a subscription plan of $20 a month if it simply meant that this place was deleted from the world. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

The gentleman working the window this morning was awesome! I assume it was the manager but he was just so kind, happy, and hospitality was fire like the sauce. Thank you for making my morning great!

This taco bell had pretty decent food. We cruised our electric scooters as a family and enjoyed the hot food.

The service is horrible. They will get super busy and only one or two people will be working. Right now I am attempting to.pick up a Doordash order for a customer, that should have already beem ready or near ready. I have been waiting for 40 minutes, and still nothing. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but it is every single time.
