Anytime I get an order here for DoorDash, regardless of day or time, I have to wait at least 20 minutes. Huge waste of my time but my ratings get dinged if I don’t accept the order. They’ll say they’re working on the order and then I stand around for a half an hour while several other orders come out. Ridiculous.

Avoid this taco Bell at all possible costs if you value your time. The day manager won't stop chit chatting and I've been waiting 25 minutes for my food. They are not very busy. Someone needs to correct this.

Store is unable to get orders out anywhere close to a reasonable pace. Workers are extremely unprofessional and rude to customers and dashers. This store desperately needs corporate to come in and get it in shape. There’s a 30+ minute wait on a Tuesday night

Tonight we had a killer Uber deal. Almost 2 hours later we got an impeccably well delivered 2 bags of assorted tacos, they didn't miss anything! But the Uber driver must have went to his buddies to hang out first bc our food was delivered COLD and SOGGY. Then, the driver blames the restaurant! Taco Hell might wanna watch out for those scammies.

Being a Door Dash Driver making sure the restaurants have the slightest modicum of respect for your time is important. Every single time I have picked up an order from this location I have waited here for more than 30 minutes. Oftentimes they have not a would not start the order I was waiting for until I had already been waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Truly, I do love their food, but the service here was absolutely horrendous. I’m very dissatisfied and will not be returned his location in the future.

Wait times are crazy, you definitely need more staff back there at night for DoorDash. BUT I’m leaving a good review because Maria was very sweet and provided excellent service and offered all of the dashers waiting cups for water while she was on her lunch break. Hope you guys value her!!!
