I walked in to order.. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you, I stood there for 15 minutes and not one employee greeted me. I had a few look at me real quick and then look away and finally I got frustrated. Told them their customer service sucked and I left.
This is not the first time this has happened.
They were all laughing and joking with each other but completely ignored me.

This is the worst fast-food place. Here's why, Taco Bell used to be good a while ago. However, whenever I go to any Taco Bell service they always get my order wrong. They got rid of most of the good food as well. This place is not worth it.

I ordered food from here on 1/23 around 9 ant night and bit down on something hard and realized there was tiny glass or (something very hard and shard like) in my luxe box. Obviously not a great experience but I called just to let them know so they could check their boxes and what I assume was the manager was passed the phone. She was extremely rude to me for just trying to help in case something broke near it. Kind of unnecessary as I was nice and wasn’t asking for any kind of refund, just was doing what I thought was right.

I am absolutely done. The last eight times I have ordered from here on DoorDash is has been completely wrong. I don’t complain, I don’t call, I just suck it up. Well I’m done. You can’t handle an order of two tacos? You can’t handle an order of cinnamon balls? Why even have DoorDash if you’re just gonna get everything wrong all the time? I can only imagine what coming in would look like if you can’t handle literally two taco supremes. Your most basic menu item. Wow. I will say I do admire a consistent disappointment. Now I know it’s not just a bad night Yall are having or whichever of the thousand excuses I gave on your behalf. I now know it’s a lack of caring and lack of paying attention to what we are making and sending out. What a shame Tacobell… what a shame…. Don’t offer me free stuff because I’m no longer interested in the crap you have to offer.
UPDATE:
Then when I called to make my complaint I was told by first a regular employee that first said she couldn’t give the phone to her manager without a name, then telling me the manager couldn’t take my call because they were “really backed up.” Then after a few minutes of waiting the manager aggressively gets on the phone and tells me in his unamused tone that he doesn’t have time to talk to me because he has “like 20 orders” and then hung up on me. You being busy isn’t my fault, you’re going to mess those 20 orders up anyway so what does it matter? I’ll be calling in the morning, I’ve already send a corporate email about it. How unprofessional, rude, and outright disappointing this entire ordeal is.

Every few years or so I like to remind myself why I don’t eat Taco Bell. Today was my reminder. Got two of the “big” breakfast burritos, and they need to rename them. They’re barely a regular sized burrito. Add in that half the ingredients were cold, and who the hell puts tomatoes in a breakfast burrito? Either way, this reminder cost $10, and I feel like I was pranked.

We had multiple items but when we received our food, not everything was there and it was difficult to see what was missing. So the manager was nice enough to remake our whole order himself. He was very nice and quick.

Delivery system is a joke I ordered a burrito no onions and I get a burrito loaded with onion. If you want good food made right you could do better making it yourself at home

We had an issue with DoorDash and the GM named Griffin fixed our order and we got everything we ordered. I’m not sure how to give the guy a high five but he deserves it. I personally work in fast food and the situation could have been handled in so many ways. He was on point and respectful and handled everything perfectly. Thank you good sir.

The food is the typical Taco Bell mush food but man is the service, especially at night time, horrendous. You can stand in front of the counter and none of the 8 workers can come up and ask if they can help. Quite literally the worst Taco Bell in all of Idaho and that’s saying something. Do not come here just go and eat some dog food instead. If you’re neurodivergent please apply because you’ll be right at home.
