Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, paid for a beefy 5 layer burrito, got home to realize that I paid $5 for a bean burrito. With just a little effort, these people could be a lot better at what they're getting paid to do. More than likely just going to switch to taco time. Never had this problem there

The worst customer service. Stood at the counter for almost 3 minutes with not 1 person looking at me. Luckily Kelsey came out of the bathroom and acknowledged me. She was great. There then her , once again Taco Bell disappoints 😡
May Taco Bell should get rid of thier Kiosks and start relying on customer service!!!!!!!!!.

Slower than a snail do not come here
I understand it’s lunchtime. I understand businesses need more employees. They’re catering to drive thru and mobile pickup only. Placed an order in the dining room 30 minutes ago and still no food. This is why I don’t eat out anymore.

The lady at the front counter refused to help us and told us we had to use a kiosk. Where did customer service go? It’s crazy we live in a day and age where we have to do their job and everybody expects to get a tip!

Yall change the prices and remove deals for your location in the app and its disgustingly greedy. I will never be ordering from this location. For shame
The staff was very unprofessional- made a guy wait 15 minutes to order before coming and telling him to use the self order himself. He had to pay in cash so then he waited another 5 minutes by the register before someone came to help him. I was with a client for lunch and all you could hear in the store were the employees chatting loudly in the back. The lobby wasn't very clean and honestly not impressed with this location, recommend going somewhere else for the best dining experience

They don't take care of their customersat the front desk in fact they completely ignore you and don't take your order they want you to use the kiosk but I couldn't figure out how to use it so I has to go through the drive through to even make a order after spending 10 minutes inside they suck this was the overland location by Cole road

Drive through was backed up so we went in. No dine in eaters but lots of people standing around. Places our order and started talking to a guy in the lobby who said he had been there for over half an hour and couldn't get anyone to respond to the lobby. They were ALL WAITING for food they ordered at the kiosk. After another 20 minutes I was able to flag someone down who told us the drive through takes priority over dine in customers. They hadn't even started a single dine in order because it was dinner time and the drive thru was nonstop. Finally just got my money refunded. BADLY MANAGED AND NEGLIGENT STAFF. WORST TACO BELL EVER. ZERO STARS.

I couldn't believe how messy this place was. The tables were messy, the floors and the bathrooms even worse. I love Taco Bell and my family and myself eat from there often. We ordered a pretty big meal but when they get the order it's pretty plain to see soft tacos compares to hard shell tacos.

I ordered through the online app to pick up at the drive thru because I have a broken knee. After a 20 minute wait in my car I was told to go into the lobby to pick it up. Collin, the manager, told me I had to go through the lobby even though I specified in the app I would pick up at drive tru. I injured my broken knee going into the lobby. When I finally got my order it was incomplete and had no eating utensil, mild hot sauce, napkin and no receipt. Collin had the gall to tell me I was being rude when I asked why. His response was unciviled. I recommend staying away from this Taco Bell.
