People here don't know what there doing AT ALL!!! the manager Margaret is rude, and also don't know what she is doing. Came in here a few times and when Margaret is here she talks down on you. She treats her staff and customers like trash.

I made the mistake of coming here. First of all the prices are ridiculous and I didn’t realize I paid over $20 for myself. Secondly I can’t mistake that this place is the reason why I got some kind of serious stomach bloating and nausea and then the runs after I finished eating but I was hungry. To anyone reading this, you’re better off going somewhere else. I guess all TA travel stops are over priced

Why is the price of this Taco Bell almost twice as much as any other in the area? Taking advantage of people just because its off the freeway. The amount of tomatoes that was on my taco was a joke. 4 tiny square pieces. overwhelming amount of lettuces to make up for the lack of meat in the taco. I ordered #2 the 3 soft shell Taco combo. It was nearly $18 Disappointed and a waste of time and money. I work in the local area and sadly if I want Taco Bell I will need to travel down the road to the other one. Must be greed steering this business because the other taco bells in the are seem to be doing it right.

They charged me 3 times(!) for my order! And afterwards refused to refund!! Smth was wrong with their computer or it was simply the staff mistake idk, but they asked me several times to pay bc they didn’t see the transaction. Turned out they charged 3 times from my card!!! I told them right away, they said they will refund or cancel, but the next day they refused even that. Told me to call my bank and solve the problem MYSELF as if it wasn’t THEIR mistake in the first place. So it was fraud!!! My bank couldn’t cancel these transaction on its end. I need Taco Bell to contact me and refund due to their mistake

I would like to give a shout out to Tommy Hopkins!! He gave me the best service ever and he was so kind and asked me how my day went! I have never experienced such great customer service like he gave me! I hope this guy gets a huge bonus or a raise he absolutely deserves it!
