I would like to give a shout out to Tommy Hopkins!! He gave me the best service ever and he was so kind and asked me how my day went! I have never experienced such great customer service like he gave me! I hope this guy gets a huge bonus or a raise he absolutely deserves it! I do apologize I couldn’t figure out where to write a review until now but I finally figured it out I wanted to write one the day he was my cashier! But here it is. :)
Wanted to have meal delivered thru TB delivery as per TB site. Tried to order on site. Software didn't work. Called direct to one TB location nearest me. No answer on call. Called another TB, and told curtly and dismissively they don't have delivery. Finally ordered on line thru Doordash but spent a couple of hours trying to get this all done. Got order thru DD, but really turned off at entire interaction.
