I love love love loooove this location. I’m typically not huge on TB but my wife loves it so I suck it up but this location and pretty much everyone in it is great. If I’ve ever had any issues, which is few and far between, they are so great at being kind and taking care of the problem. They’re always so fun and bubbly and polite and I have my best buddy there that always announces when I’m in the house it’s amazing 💕💖

We placed a pick-up order. Right as we walked in, our food was ready. It was delicious! Hot, fresh, and exactly the way it should be. It's one of the best taco bells I've been to. Even tho they were really busy, they made sure to greet us upon entry and exit. Great people, great food, and I will definitely be back.
Called ahead to make sure they were open for a late night taco bell run. Walked over because I live across the highway, I notice the lobby has a large tarp across the registers, and the door is locked, but the drive-through is open. Walk around and ask if I can order food and I was refused service. Even asked if I could order it on the app I was denied service. Asked if they would make an exception because the lobby is closed for construction, and they said no and assured me they know how much it sucks. Zero logic. Zero interest in doing a good job. The manager wouldn't even come to the window. Service worthy of the name Taco Bell.

I definitely prefer this location than the other taco bell on eagle road. I will take the drive and pass the other one. They keep it cleaned very well. You may or may not get good service depending on who's working. Food is always good and usually no mess ups.

I visited Taco Bell on N Eagle today. it was lunch hour and I appreciated the quickness of the drive thru however, the service was rude. I received my order and drove 3 minutes to home. I dropped off two tacos at my daughters and drove just down the street to my house. sat down to eat the Mexican Pizza and it looked like it was made hours prior. The Pizza was not edible! I called my daughter to see how her tacos were and she asked me if I had been driving around all morning with them. She threw her food out as well. I called the store twice but they never answered the phone. I then called corporate and the first customer service girl was as rude as the drive thru girl so I asked for a supervisor but was informed they were busy. I said I’d wait and she never confirmed nor returned to the line. I called again and did speak with a girl that was very polite and courteous, she informed me a manager would call me back within 3 days. My guess is I will never hear from anyone. So with that experience Taco Bell will be eliminated from any future business with me or my family.

I waited 30 minutes for my Luxe cravings it’s terrible how they made me wait for so long atleast they gave me 2 free coupons however this is unacceptable we have stuff to get to as well and waiting 30 minutes for this order is insane
