The management was amazing! I loved so many of the people there but they were all recently removed, and the general vibes of the place have gone down significantly. Don't believe these top reviews!!!! They were written by the owner of the store after having personal gripes with former employees. Do better! This is embarrassing, and this is why everybody chooses Taco Bell instead.

Back to Greatness!
I stopped in on Thursday for tacos and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by several new faces. It really feels like this location has returned to its former greatness with the recent changes in staff.
The last time I visited a few weeks ago, the lights were all off around 9 p.m., and I thought the store had changed its hours. Jeff, the manager, kindly explained that it wasn’t normal procedure and was very apologetic about the situation.
This visit was a completely different experience—the staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything looked clean and inviting. I’m really happy with the improvements at this location and will definitely be back for Taco Thursday!
I came in on Saturday, 10/18, after avoiding this location for quite some time since it hadn’t been great in the past. To my surprise, things have completely turned around! It looks like there’s been a change in management—from a previously not-so-friendly blonde woman to a new team led by a very polite young gentleman (I believe his name was Jiffy, based on what the other employees called him) and another friendly gentleman named Logan.
The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the experience great. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Overland location instead of going out of my way to other ones.

The drive through girl was very nice however they messed up our order really badly, we ordered 4 crisp meat burritos and we received bean only, the cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t melted, I ordered tots and I never got them and I got one side of ranch when I requested 2. Very dissatisfied

I ordered delivery a crisp beef burrito it was good also ordered a beef taco and they brought me a been a cheese burrito, also ordered stuffed mexi fries and they brought cheesey mexi fries, the last 3 deliverys were incorrect!! Never again!

When we went the people all had an amazing attitude. They we quick with the food but we accidentally drove off without are shakes and they literally came running after us. Made sure we got are shakes. Everyone that worked today needs a raise. The shakes were allsooo bombbbb.
