Staff can't read tickets of what food is ordered by customer. Told them my order was to go got it on a tray and not tots or ranch. Took my try back to bag it then had to wait for drive through. This was manager and regular employee Poor service

For a smoothies they put pressure on me for a tip everytime I go there. The one little blond girl makes you wait longer if you don't tip for a smoothie! This is getting ridiculous...I like the smoothies but will go elsewhere!

I ordered the crisp meat burrito and the nacho cheese covered tots.....I love the crisp meat burrito but the nacho cheese covered tots were nasty ?..... The employees were very polite and took my order quickly and my food was brought to me quickly also and piping hot

We pull up to the drive through and the person working the drive through. Your says what can I get for you today? And we say we want 3 crispy meat burritos and she responds. You want 3 Pinto bean burritos? And we say no, we want meat burritos. And then she says so, like the animal like the cow she goes. The Pinto bean burritos, the plant one is the cheaper 1. So you want the more expensive one? The cow one and I'm thinking this person's gotta be a vegetarian and she completely turned us away from the drive through because of the way she was talking about our food. Being a cow, it's meat people. Meat comes from animals.Get over it, it's not all about plants.You don't have to turn us away from what we normally eat.And if it's your choice to be a plant eater then that's fine but when you're at your job you should probably you know sell what your company sells whether it proteins to your lifestyle choices or not.

Went there 3 times in one week to see if their smoothies were made consistently. First time tasted totally then the third and the second time I got a smoothies that I didn't even order so I had to go back in. They did correct the order but the smoothies were never consistent twice in a row
