This place is one of my local favorites. The Empanadas are always great quality for an affordable price too.

Very nice place to eat in passing! The fried empandas are very good and the sandwiches are also incredible (as a native of Tucumán I would say that they need a little salt to taste even better)

It’s a shame this has happened twice in a couple of weeks now, but I order a variety of empanadas only to get my order, get home and find out they’re all the same. They’re labeled as the correct items but have the same filling. Not sure what’s going on and maybe the Meridian location is better about it but I’ve been having issues at the Boise location lately actually getting what I ordered.
Easily my favorite place to eat in Boise that I’ve found all year!

I only gave the atmosphere a 4 because it’s smaller and quaint so there’s not a ton of space but the food was incredible! Always a favorite in boise!

They have a lot of different flavors of empanadas. You could go there everyday for a month and never eat the same one twice.

Their pork empanadas are amazing. This is a no frills dining room but it was clean. It is a popular local place so if you go at slightly off times it is quicker.

Tango's is a staple in the city of Boise and a jewel up on the bench. Great food at great prices run by a great family.

I can't speak for in person, but do not order delivery from this place. Not only did I not get the additional options I paid extra for, I also didn't get an entire item as well as the empanadas had almost no filling in them. I will never be ordering from here again.
It was my first time having empanadas. There is a menu board right by the cash register so you have to stand right in the front to read it. An exterior wall with the same information or hand held menus would be nice.
The staff didn’t say about us standing there at the register for so long, looking at the menu, but there was not so much a greeting or asked if we had any questions. Although, when I did ask a question it was answered. Overall not so friendly, no smile, but not rude. It’s also weird/uncomfortable to order at the counter, respond to a buzzer to pick up your own food, bus your own table and be asked for a tip upon ordering with someone looking right at you. $20 (with 15%tip) for four empanadas.
They were nicely filled with plenty of meat and tasted good but as people had mentioned before, not specifically bland, but just meat, a generous amount, and nice pastry cooked perfectly. I probably wouldn’t go here again due to the bland customer service but if someone came into town I may take them there for a new experience. It was good but I didn’t feel very welcomed.
