A small diner but very clean and tidy, best empanadas I have ever tried, first time there and wasn’t sure about the spicy level of their sauces, and they let me try every one of them, very friendly and nice staff, will definitely recommend and revisit.

The empanadas were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The variety of fillings they offer is impressive, and each one I tried was delicious. The service was quick and friendly too. I highly recommend Tango's Empanadas to anyone looking for a tasty meal in Boise. Five stars!

Everyone is so nice, I usually have large orders, and they get them done fast. The food is amazing!
Took me 18 years but finally tried Tangos. It is pretty delicious. We tried several different ones and a few desserts. Our favs were the Puerco and the cherry. Kids liked the pampa best. Really busy place on a Friday night and not a lot of seating. We ordered to go and only took like 10-15 minutes. We will be back ?
I am baffled why this Tango's doesn't have 5 stars! I was just delivering in the area & happily loved realizing that i was right by my favorite location on Orchard for an early dinner! I always get the El Puerco & their recommendation of La Nona for dessert was awesome. I may take another home. I love the bottles of MeXico Coke too! Staff is always fun and they recognize me even though i only come by this area of Boise infrequently. Hands down best location of the two and i love its old building simplicity on a busy road....authentic in every way!! Don't change anything!!!

This could be habit forming. Comfort food at its best. If you are not sure what you want, there were two helpful young men at the counter. Small environment filled with happy lunchers. Will absolutely come again.

Pretty tasty, I enjoyed the traditional gaucho. Wish they offered chimichurri as a condiment, they only have Mexican salsas. I didn't care for the Chinese, the veggies seemed to be less fresh and a little overcooked. Interior is nothing special, so I'd recommend take-away ordering.
