Amazing authentic food. It’s a great place. If you’re new to the area, highly recommend and we’ll be coming back. I recommend getting the hummus as a appetizer and the chicken Shawarma and while you’re at it try some Iraqi tea.

If you haven't yet, you have to go. We had an amazing dinner! I forgot to take pictures because I couldn't wait to eat!! (I included pics from the menu) We had the Mixed Salad Plate with hummus, saba ganouj, cucumber salad, falafel, pita and an eggplant salad. It came with two dolmas and two falafel so we added a side of 3 falafel and extra tzitziki. We also got an order of kibba potato bites, which had a delicious ground meat filing with warm spices. The food was amazing, generous portions, everything was so flavorful!! The customer service was on point and they were very friendly and encouraged us to come back and talk to the chef, that he would be happy to make a sampler plate of kababs so we could try everything! Well we will definitely be back!! There is a bonus, they have an outstanding selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean spices, along with a fun selection of drinks.

This was the best lunch I have ever had in Boise. The staff were so kind. We got seated quickly and they brought us all lentil soup while we waited for our food. The mixed grilled with lamb, chicken and falafel was amazing and the garlic sauce was next level! I can't recommend Tarbush enough and I will never eat lunch anywhere else when I am on town. Thank you so much!
