Great artisan sandwich and salad shop located in historic downtown Eagle. The food is superb and always fills you up. Try the Salmon Potato Salad and I recommend getting there early to get some.
We are visiting from out of town and wanted to eat at a local spot. This was the best place we could’ve chosen! The owner was so kind and sweet, and gave us amazing info about their food. On top of the great service, the food was amazing. We had the turkey melt and the kimchi sandwich. We had to get a third sandwich to go to have for later, because it was so good. The owner threw in a small cucumber salad for us to try which was so nice. I recommended this immediately to my friends who live locally!

I first started going to this place when it was downtown.
This is pre COVID stuff. I remember the small entrepreneur hadn't been open very long when covid hit. I kind of wondered about him and helped things were okay.
Come to find the open up in eagle right near my home.
This was a very pleasant surprise.
The sandwiches are anything but usual. Always fresh breads with unique periods of meat and various kinds of toppings. If you want a typical Hammond rye or turkey and swiss, you going to the wrong place.
If you want a creative well-prepared meet with some unique seasoning on fresh artisan bread, this is your spot.
He really does a great job.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The baguette used to make the sandwich tasted like it was made in France. The meat was tender and flavorful. My friend and I split a sandwich and salad and the salad was so generous we couldn’t finish it. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
