If you only choose Marriot properties like I do (Platinum Elite) then this hotel is probably the 2nd best option in Boise with the top spot going to the newer Residence Inn that's right Downtown. Everything about the stay was great. We were in Boise for a family event, and about 20 of us stayed at this hotel. They were very accommodating of our group in every way. The hotel is new and in great shape, and the service was excellent. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped us, unfortunately I wrote them down but lost the sheet. Haley checked us in and helped us the whole weekend, including with some billing issues afterward. She was amazing and very accommodating....
Still a lot of renovations in lobby going on, but not an inconvenience. Staff was very polite and friendly. Employees working at bistro were very nice and accommodating as well. I was a little surprised that they still aren’t doing room service but that seems very dependent on the area you are traveling in.
