I've been coming here since the 90s and it has barely changed. Prices may be the only thing (up! As you'd expect). I suppose I shouldn't complain since they were so affordable back in the day. The booths and diner counter all look and feel the same, very retro, very diner. A Boise staple. Kind sweet waitress knew how to handle a tired and unresponsive crew like the 4 of us.

We absolutely love the Capri as far as the food and service is concerned. What we don’t like is that during our last few visits there have twice been dogs in the restaurant. This morning the dog was sitting in a booth with its owners (I assume). The dog had it’s head on the table more than once. Neither time were the dogs marked as service animals.
We are dog lovers ourselves but do not feel it’s appropriate to have them be in an eating establishment.
