Went in on my birthday. Kept expressing that I needed to sign up for their rewards. Which I wasn't signed up for and have their app. Told me come back in 2 days after signed up regardless if my birthday was today said if my birthday was today . December 20th. Refused to even want to look at my ID & refused to let me speak with the manager. Stated they were too busy when they could have just given me a plain cheese cake for my birthday and I would have been happy. But nope. So instead I got nothing & I'm writing this 1 star in review. In my opinion I should be giving them zero stars. As receptionist was no help what so ever.

My wife and I ate here for our third year wedding anniversary and probably had the best dine-in experience we’ve ever had! Most notably, we received world-class service from Erin! She absolutely blew us away! She was very attentive and extremely polite. Customer service is a lost art in this world, but that was definitely not the case during our visit. We will definitely be requesting her when we come back! Additionally, the food was amazing!

Vegan Cobb salad is one of my favorites. While I'm not vegan, the flavor is excellent, the ingredients fresh and the portion is abundant.
Vegetarian options: The menu can be overwhelming, but once you identify the veg options you like, it's a delicious option.

The food here is so incredible... usually I leave a restaurant thinking that my cooking is better but cheesecake factory always leaves me trying to figure out how to make their dishes! The staff were amazing and hospitable..Cameron was our server and went out of his way to make our experience wonderful. (This picture is of the Thai chicken salad)
The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious and fresh, which is something to celebrate. However, it can get quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation to ensure a good dining experience. I’ve noticed that the staff could benefit from being a bit more supported to handle the rush. Additionally, it might be worth considering reducing the sugar in their cheesecakes. With diabetes becoming a growing concern, finding ways to maintain flavor while using less sugar could make a positive difference for many customers. It's all about keeping the joy of eating while being mindful of health!

Currently still waiting in the lobby for any of the 8 employees that have walked by to acknowledge me. Not a busy thing either, we are the only ones waiting and restaurant is at about 20 percent capacity.
