Service was great, cheesecake was awesome, but the lunch was mediocre at best. I had the Margherita flatbed pizza with a green salad and it was kind of flavorless. Not the staffs fault by any means...service was wonderful....but Cheesecake Factory should perhaps reevaluate their menu.

There was a bit of a wait at first, no staff was at the front. However the server was very good: she provided prompt service, was professional, and didn't overly intrude, service I appreciated. The only thing that took away from the atmosphere was the rather loud people nearby.

Always excellent! Got us in quick, our server was super polite! Got us set up to take home half our meal complete with their yummy bread. Ate our leftovers in our hotel last night!

Our host gave us the best table, and our server was very attentive & friendly. I loved my Thai chicken salad & wasn't able to finish the generous portion. My husband ordered a classic cheeseburger, which he was barely able to finish, but truth be told, he comes for the desserts he takes home.

Went in on my birthday. Kept expressing that I needed to sign up for their rewards. Which I wasn't signed up for and have their app. Told me come back in 2 days after signed up regardless if my birthday was today said if my birthday was today . December 20th. Refused to even want to look at my ID & refused to let me speak with the manager. Stated they were too busy when they could have just given me a plain cheese cake for my birthday and I would have been happy. But nope. So instead I got nothing & I'm writing this 1 star in review. In my opinion I should be giving them zero stars. As receptionist was no help what so ever.

My wife and I ate here for our third year wedding anniversary and probably had the best dine-in experience we’ve ever had! Most notably, we received world-class service from Erin! She absolutely blew us away! She was very attentive and extremely polite. Customer service is a lost art in this world, but that was definitely not the case during our visit. We will definitely be requesting her when we come back! Additionally, the food was amazing!

Vegan Cobb salad is one of my favorites. While I'm not vegan, the flavor is excellent, the ingredients fresh and the portion is abundant.
Vegetarian options: The menu can be overwhelming, but once you identify the veg options you like, it's a delicious option.

The food here is so incredible... usually I leave a restaurant thinking that my cooking is better but cheesecake factory always leaves me trying to figure out how to make their dishes!
