The Cheesecake Factory in Boise is an absolute must-stop every time we’re in town — no matter what we’re heading to Boise for, we always make time to swing in and grab a slice (or two!) to take home. Their cheesecake selection is incredible, with so many amazing flavors that it’s honestly hard to choose.
My all-time favorite is the Red Velvet cheesecake — it never disappoints. This time I also tried the Key Lime cheesecake, and wow… it’s perfectly tangy, creamy, and an absolute must-try! 🍰
Not only is the dessert amazing, but their lunch and dinner options are fabulous as well. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. If you’re in Boise, be sure to stop in — whether it’s for a full meal or just a slice of cheesecake to go, you won’t regret it! ✨

I waited for 25 minutes in the parking lot at the curbside pickup spot. Our food was scheduled to be ready at 2:45, it was 2:50 when I started calling the pick up number. I tried six times with nobody picking up letting it ring for several minutes each time. At 2:20 I called the restaurant number and she said nicely it will be right out. I was given my food, when I got home it was cold. In addition my wife's pasta dish was so salty she couldn't eat it. My son and I both tried it, it was inedible.

I’ve never been to the Cheesecake Factory before and my husband and I decided to treat ourselves. The appetizer was excellent, however the main course and service was not. The chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo had zero flavor, it seemed like it was boiled. Then we went to order cheesecake and our waiter said “You are packing in a lot of food, are you sure you want dessert?”… Immediately offended and we will not be returning.

Girlfriend wanted the place. I had never been. We arrived at 8pm and get told there's a 40 minute wait. So we take a seat next to the hostess station.
We watched 4 other parties come in and ask the same question and he told them all the same thing. 40 minute wait. And he took there names but never once asked me and my fiance for our name.
A whole hour went by and everyone that came in after us that didn't have reservations got seated. We were totally ignored.
We finally left after a group of 5 that came in at 8:25 and asked how long the wait time was and got told 40 minutes just like us got seated at 8:50 and yet we still hadn't been seated or acknowledge.
The host literally looked right at me before telling the table of 5 there table was ready and I could tell by how he was acting that he was exhausted and over the night. But seriously dude knew we were there and not one word said to us.
Really pisses me off that I heard the place was amazing but to get told 40 minute wait and watch 5 other groups come in without reservations and get told the same wait time and then watch all 5 groups get a table before us was bullshit.
Management needs to know what their host is doing this to people.
