The food was underwhelming. Except for the cheesecake of course. Service was less than stellar. I remember it being so much better when we took my mom there for her 70th birthday.

If you have a hard time making up your mind, this menu is not for you.Food was good. I tried the Jumbalia, which was reasonable. But lets be real, we came here for the choice of cheesecakes. The celebration cheese cake was good. It became better when the top layer of cream cheese frosting was removed. The Rasberry was delicious as well!

My daughter wanted to come here for her bday meal. Being that we are pretty tight on money I ordered very conservatively or so I thought. I got a side salad , a side salad is $7.95, I got a SD of fries , a side of fries was $6.95 .. and I got an iced tea , an ICED TEA was $4.50 ... like .. the audacity to charge almost $5 for an unsweetened iced tea. But for mediocre food that took literally an hour to be served. Absolutely not. Not worth it at all, it's like applebees charging Ruth chris prices. Such a huge waste of money . Over priced .

It's always a treat to go somewhere fancy. Food is great, and the service is on point - everything is always clean and runs smoothly from what I see.

My husband and I went here for the very first time. It was around 6 p.m., and they were pretty busy already. But they had quite the line of people standing at the dessert counter, so I'm assuming they were all there for takeout. We were told a 10 minute wait and ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a table. Our waitress was very friendly. Checked on us consistently and kept our waters filled, which is a huge plus for my husband because he's a big water drinker. The menu was overwhelming. There are so many options in that "book" that you almost don't know where to start. Especially if it's your first time being there. You don't know what's going to be good, and there's no pictures on the menu. For some, that may not be a big deal. For me, I'm a visual person, so I would like to at least see some pictures of the menu items to help me decide. If it looks visually pleasing, that may be something I'll order. We ordered the warm crab dip for the appetizer. It was absolutely amazing. The husband got green chile chicken enchiladas, and they were amazing. And I ordered the Chicken Madeira, and it was okay. On the menu, it's labeled as a customer favorite, and I wasn't impressed with it. Some of my potatoes were not cooked all the way through, so they were hard, and even though they were mashed, they still were quite chunky. The asparagus on it was not seasoned and not cooked long enough because it was still kind of raw and the chicken breast was a really great cut of chicken But I wasn't a huge fan of the mushroom sauce on it. It was flavorless, in my opinion. So I ended up eating half of my husband's dinner, and he ate half of mine even though he agreed with me on the way it tasted. He's just not the kind of person that will ever waste any food, no matter how terrible it is. And of course, you can't go to someplace called the Cheesecake Factory and not order cheesecake. Of course, there was an overabundance of options, so I just ordered an original slice, and it was really great. It tasted like it was more of homemade cheesecake and not a store bought one.Overall We had a great experience there. We only had one meal that wasn't the best. It's a relaxed environment, a very family, friendly place. Honestly, you could take the pickiest of eaters there, and I guarantee they would find something on that ginormous menu, lol. Most likely, we would eat here again the next time we're out in that area. (It's 2 hours away from me ).

I didn’t like the Bistro shrimp pasta that I have ordered. It’s a dry and the taste of breaded shrimp wasn’t good. However, the service was superb.

I had never been to the Cheesecake Factory so this was a whole new experience for me. I had no idea what to order, and the menus are no help at all. No pictures! How am I supposed to know what looks good without pictures? So I went ahead and ordered Fish and chips. My daughter ordered some pasta with mushrooms. Her pasta was pretty good. My fish, eh. It was okay. For $17.50 a plate (lunch), I didn’t think it was worth it. The coleslaw was plain and i ended up throwing them away. The fries were ok. Nothing special. The bread was hard and tasted like the cereal Raisin Bran. The service was good. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in a spotlight. They had tall tables (which is where I was seated) and mirrors at the booths. So everyone can see everyone else. No privacy at all. Most of the cheesecake selections looked way too rich and sweet for my taste, so I got key lime. It was very tart. My daughter says my cheesecake I make at home is way better. Overall, I probably won’t be back. Expensive for mediocre food. And $10 for a slice of cheesecake is ridiculous. I can make 3 whole cheesecakes for that price from scratch and that taste much better.
