I absolutely love breakfast food and I am very picky. The Griddle checked every single one of my boxes. Extra crispy hashbrowns, actually extra crispy. Pancakes were delicious. Syrup reminded me of my childhood. Eggs cooked to perfection and the bacon was just right. Highly recommend this spot!
Went to the Griddle at 404 e parkcenter Boise after reviewing it for a while. My interest was their traditional eggs Benedict the the English muffin was toasted and the Canadian bacon was cut loin and the normal pressed ham or Canadian bacon. Ad you know me I rarely give out 5 star ratings but this place gets my five 🌟 rating on all three criteria that a restaurant is graded on. Always amazing. The service is fantastic, the tea and lattes are delish and this is a favorite spot if mine. I always get the quiche Lorraine if they still have it and share with a friend or two.
