My friend and I were driving around Eagle and then Boise trying to find some place to have breakfast. We stopped at The Griddle and had a bit of a wait. Protip: the waiting area is a tight spot at the entrance consisting of 2 small benches, you might have to wait outside or in your car. The service was good and very polite, we weren't waiting for too long when we wanted a refill or something. The food was excellent and definitely worth a try.
Met a friend for breakfast and had an awesome experience. The server (I wish I remembered her name she had tattoos on her right arm), was wonderful! Attentive, efficient and friendly. The food was phenomenal. Best French toast in town! Way to go!
We usually go to the Nampa version of the Griddle because it is so good all of the time.
