My recent drive-thru visit was a bit frustrating. I struggled to place my order, as the speaker didn't seem to be working well, or the employee was having a hard time understanding me. They also appeared confused when I asked to have my meal prepared as a salad. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the salad had no dressing.

The evening shift on 9-11-25 did a fantastic job prepping the food. The fries were delightfully crispy, with a pillowy center, and the perfect amount of salt. The toppings on the wrap were evenly distributed, yielding all the flavors in every bite.

I love the food here, but more often than not, they miss putting all the toppings on my order. The Super Gyro comes with bacon, yet it's almost always missing. I always add fresh mushrooms and cucumbers and I am charge .50 extra for each. Sometimes they are included, sometimes not, and other times there are 3 slices of each. Hardly .50 worth for either. I've called in every time my order is wrong & they are courteous enough to comp me a free future gyro (3 times now) But it's getting ridiculous - my order again tonight was missing bacon, came with 3-4 thinly sliced mushrooms, and I never found the cucumbers. I did not bother this time to call in and complain. It's just embarrassing at this point.

It has been a few years since I have been to the Gyro Shack. I didn't have the best service the last time I came which was about 4 years ago. I wanted something quick that wasn't a burger or taco so I decided to give this joint another shot.
I have actually been here twice in a row. I was here yesterday as well. I remember I got a side Greek salad with my gyro one time and that's honestly what I wanted. It sounded like a clean and light lunch in this crazy summer heat.
I placed my order at the drive thru. Both times I was helped by some nice employees. I appreciate that they didn't make me feel like I needed to order more than I wanted. They both got my side salad ordered and I drove up to the window. Both times I was rang up and was given my bag with a great smile. I got my goods and was on my way to work.
The Greek salad is so good. I love the freshness of all the veggies. The feta and kalamata olives are my favorite part. The dressing that comes with it is light even though it's olive oil based. One side isn't enough, I'll have to grab two the next time I grab another salad.
I'm happy I have this joint another shot. They are conveniently on my way to and from work. It's a healthy and quick lunch. I look forward to my many salads in my future from this joint. It's my new summer fixation meal.

I went to the drive thru. I was in town last Thanksgiving and we stopped by here and picked up some wraps. They were so delicious. I have now moved here and couldn’t wait to eat here again. Once again the gyros wraps were delicious. I couldn’t help myself and got one of their baklavas. You will not be disappointed if you stop here. I will be going back there soon! 😋

Really bummed that they took the pita and humans plate away. As I was told from the employees there. Instead we get just a side of hummus and some pita. All the goodies that came with the “plate” made the extra couple bucks worth it.

Came here for the 1st time recently, I know we like to blame inflation for these ridiculous prices but $9 for a basic pita sandwich….the least you could do is make a quality sandwich with a fair amount of quality veggies….so disappointing, won’t be back.

By far my favorite Gyro Shack location, I usually swing in on Fridays, and the young lady working the window is always super friendly, big smiled and super helpful. Food is fantastic, always fast, will keep supporting this location, you guys are great!
