Someone needs to train the barista that a Snowy MOCHA is NOT the same as a latte with white chocolate flavor in it. This is a cup of warm milk with a chemical taste that is supposed to be white chocolate but is not. Disgusting. Customer Service and experience are both 1 star. Training the new guy? 0 stars. This is management problem.

Waited20 minutes to be able to order my drink, it took three attempts to get to the clerk to understand what I was after which was not complicated, and the lids was not secure so as I drove away I got to spill my fresh hot drink all over myself. So now I get to go to my meeting which I was late for covered in coffee. needless to say I will never return to the human being again.

In a line of 4 cars I waited 10 minutes and only 1 car cleared the line. Who has 40 minutes to wait for a cup of coffee? I had to leave, never seen a slower coffee line in my life. It wasn’t even the peak coffee rush

I LOVE this store! All the baristas are just amazing, but Mikayla is extra amazing. I’m mega picky about my quad mochas, sort of a coffee snob, and she flat out nails it every time. When I hit the lottery and get a full time barista of my very own, it will 100% be her…. :-)

Came to the Maple Grove/Emerald shop and waited over 5 minutes at the window for someone to even acknowledge that we were sitting there. The two blonde girls were just standing there chatting about their roommates. I made eye contact with one of them and they both just walked away!? We sat there for probably another 2 minutes before a different, very nice girl came over and helped us. She told us their bell wasn’t working on the side that we came to, but that doesn’t explain the one girl looking at us and walking away…. Very disappointed in this staffing decision because this stand has always had the nicest employees…
