Been going there for awhile after today I will not be going there again the drinks was awful and totally ruined my drink what a waste of 37 bucks for 2 12oz drinks a 32oz drink one cake pop a breakfast sandwich and a coffee cake the coffee tasted like water so nasty and the coffee cake was frozen and the breakfast sandwich was over cooked that it was hard but my son loved the cake pop so I guess that was worth it

The drive up may be small but they have everything for your beverage weather it’s hot or cold ready for you. The service is TOP NOTCH and that is a BIG plus. Small place that serves up BIG service for their clients and this a is small locally owned business so go here instead of the Starbucks or Dutch as your dollar will not have a choice to turn over your dollar approx 7 times within our local economy.

Tonight was a first for me - I ordered a 32 oz Soy Snowy with Raspberry and Extra Raspberry, cold (not iced.) I've ordered this same drink from other Human Bean locations for years without problem - until tonight.
What I received was a 20 oz drink in a 32 oz cup, and I was told "I know it's a little underwhelming without ice. Are you sure you don't want a little ice?"
No... What I want is the fluid ounces that I paid for. I paid for a combined 32 oz of espresso, soy milk, and syrup. I got a cup filled only 2/3 of the way, and the barista acted like this was normal. I was flabbergasted. Every time I've ordered this in the past, they top the cup off with extra soy milk to make 32 oz.
If this is the new standard for a cold 32 oz beverage, then I'll never order more than a 20 oz again and save myself the extra money.
