Happy Hour was great for a Sunday afternoon! We are looking at the stadium from the bar. The 2 bartenders, Anthony and Lindsey were so much fun to chat with and we loved our Cobblers Mule and The James cocktail. Chris the manager was very nice and was well connected to the servers, customers and tables around happy hour. Gen (Jen) and Bre were also very kind servers. They were very attentive to all the tables.

This place is a joke. Food is expensive for what it is. The service is deplorable. Barely any patrons, half a dozen servers standing around the bar doing nothing and we can’t get any service, I couldn’t believe it. Owner more concerned about a group event than actual patrons waiting for service. I had two other friends warn me about going here. Should have listened.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite and drink yesterday, and the experience was beyond our expectations! Anthony, our server/bartender, was top tier. The drinks were delicious. The food was very well seasoned. 10/10. We will be back soon!

This was our 3'rd visit to The James and each time was delicious. The menu items cover a wide gambit for any taste, from pizza to steak. We especially loved the tuna tartare!I do want to mention their star bartender, Lindsey. She is over the top friendly and manages the many drink orders coming in with ease. All in all a fun and inviting place - especially sitting at the bar. We will be back. And oh, be sure to check out their happy hour.Parking: On game days parking is a challenge.

The first thing I want to really rave about is the fish & chips! Yes, you read that right.Big firm flakes of fish and the batter is perfect. Perfect crust and flavor.I can't wait to go back for more. Best in Idaho for sure. And best in most places!Cool ambience. Great staff. And very good drinks. The patio looks great too, can't wait to sit out there this summer.
