Really like the new menu. They sat us downstairs right next to the kitchen, so it wasn't the most romantic. Service was top-notch. It's definitely lively like the name!

Sometimes when visiting places outside of large metro areas in places like California, it can be difficult to find food above a certain level. This place brings it. Up there with some of the best places I've eaten elsewhere but prices that are still relative to the Boise area. Very very good food. The young lady that was the host was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Defo a place to go if you're visiting Boise.

Passed appetizers during cocktail hour were great and the decorations throughout the venue were very festive. Dinner, however, was not up to par. The food was clearly prepared in advance and had been sitting for a while. Last year the dinner was great. This year was disappointing.

The meatball appetizer was way too salty. My Dad's chicken dinner was very dry. I had a pasta dish that was a white sauce that had too much pepper. That was all I could taste. I like pepper but wanted to taste the other flavors as well. The drinks were excellent! The service was fantastic. The ambiance was beautiful. This was our first time eating there and we're disappointed in the meal.

They need to post their tea menu so people can decide if it fits their preferences before making them spend a non refundable $50-$60

Unfortunately this place was such a disappointment last night.

I want to start off by saying the positives:
We were celebrating our ten year anniversary and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne, and the table had a great view of the kitchen upstairs. It was warm and inviting. Out server Q was incredible, knowledgeable and attentive.

I came here last year with my girlfriends and had the lasagne, and it was dreamy. So I decided to order it again. It lacked béchamel so intensely this time. I had to drink water between each sip because of how dry it was. They did comp this, which was nice. But I was so looking forward to having that melt in your mouth bite again.

My husband ordered the $160 cut of beef of the day. A bone in ribeye, medium rare.

It lacked salt, had absolutely no crust (which is insane considering the kitchen set up we were staring at. And was cut awfully. It seemed like a really prime piece of meat, just cooked so awful we couldn’t stomach it. A lot of well done pieces, almost like the steak was not paid attention to during the cooking process. The bread was also pretty burnt and rock hard, not like a traditional milk bread should be.

The ice cream at the end was phenomenal.

I’d say overall, if you’re going to go here - don’t go on a Friday night when they’re busy. They seemed overwhelmed and it doesn’t operate as smoothly. I’d say try it out for an earlier week night dinner and your food will most likely have more flavor and be constructed with less rush.

A wonderful unexpectedly fine restaurant with unique drinks and delicious foods ... Make it a priority to visit this restaurant

This is an incredible property. Fantastic staff. Great Food. One Downside. It is very loud. The noise from 140 other diners make dinner conversation difficult. Their success is an impediment.

Much better with new menu. Food was delicious, only reason for 4 stars was serving sizes. The soup was in such a small bowl it took only a few minutes to eat. The Denver steak came with shishito peppers and we only got 3 small ones.

Everything was great! The service was spectacular, food delicious, and prices fair for the experience. We tried the meatballs, lasagna, and two desserts. Everything was sooo good. We definitely plan to go back, so much more we need to try!

We came for the high tea. The tea was lovely, the food delicious and the service excellent!

Service was impeccable, the drinks were well paired, and the empty plates speak for themselves. Would highly recommend.

Chase was about the kindest person I've ever met. His wine knowledge and just downright care for his customers makes him a cut above the rest! I will be back and highly recommend this restaurant but most importantly, I recommend Chase!
