Melting Pot offers a fun and different date night or special occasion dinner. It is a very expensive but wonderful experience, with service described as top notch, second to none, and amazing. The staff is sweet, helpful, and gives full attention to details, working hard to ensure a great experience. The restaurant is located inside the historic Boise Fire Station, a unique setting that still includes the original fire pole.
The meal is a multi-course fondue experience. The first course features an incredible yummy cheese fondue for dipping a nice assortment of fresh meat, breads, vegetables, and fruit. For the second course, guests choose a salad from four great options. The third course involves cooking main items like flavorful steak that melts in your mouth, shrimp, and herb chicken using a preferred cooking method, such as mojo style or wine flavored. The final dessert course offers a choice of preferred chocolate sauce. The variety of food choices is amazing and extremely tasty, often leaving guests extremely full. It is recommended for a wonderful night out.
