This is your normal bar focused on BSU and NFL football games. It gets a bit roust some tunes but booze and hormones can get out of trouble. All I all its a pretty good bar but not really for me.

You guys really gonna let my friend get body slammed right outside the door and not stop the guy? Real classy.
Don’t go here they will look the other way when a man beats down a woman. I assume because they can’t be bothered to be decent human beings.

Raquel was eager to help and quick to serve. Working in a fast paced environment she was still very personal in her service. Thanks again

Honestly super good bar with great vibes, not over packed but good enough amount of people to make it a good time. Reasonable priced drinks and the bartenders are super sweet and nice ! I don’t know how this is my first time coming here after many years of going dt but definitely coming back because of how great the atmosphere is !

Had a great time. Went for a 21st b-day. We all had a good time. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back when in the area
A couple of my friends and I went out for a birthday celebration. During the evening, we visited several of Boise's downtown establishments.Out of the places we went to, The Silly Birch is where we had the most fun.I think the people who are at the establishment and the people I'm with can make it fun or make you never want to go there again. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere, give The Silly Birch a try. And don't forget to visit Piehole for a slice of pizza.
I see a couple comments talking about food there; it's buffet style, and free, but it's mostly ONLY on NFL Sundays, and the occasional special sports events on TV. It can get a bit raucous there on Friday and Saturday nights, in a fun way, with a DJ on Saturday, no cover, reasonably priced. The age range on those nights, between 21 to mid 30s in general, but all are welcome. Ist Thursday (of the mo) is a good time. Ask for Cody. There are several other entertaining bar scenes within a 30sec-4min walk of the Birch, including virtually next door the very famous Pengilly's Saloon, live music Wed thru Sun, no cover, fair priced drinks. Enjoy.
It’s okay here, too much of a college sports bar. Not my vibe. Also way too many people close together. If you’re into this! Then all good for you, but not my thing. Bartenders seem nice though!

Best Place in Boise to enjoys Vikings Football!
Pretty standard sports bar type of place. Cheap drinks, 2 pool tables.
The bartender tipped herself an extra 10$ on my card, other than that it's great.
They have pool shuffleboard and darts and usually play sports on the TVs. The bartenders are great, good place!
Fine place to drink.
