Nice stop for an after dinner dessert.
I was brought some of the huckleberry. I had two small bites and couldn't eat anymore. It overwhelmingly had the flavor of beer and it overpowered the taste of huckleberry. Growing up here picking huckleberries, making my own huckleberry ice cream, this was disgusting. I threw it away. I won't ever get anything from there ever again.
STIL was delicious! To have vegan and gluten free options as a majority was a nice change up from the normal. We ordered “Cookies with Grandma” (gf and vegan) which was delicious coconut with cookie pieces and “Nightcap on Eckert” which was a for those 21+ as it’s an espresso ice cream featuring cake and heath bar pieces, and is infused with kahlua. We will be back!
Any creamy ice cream are just perfect, for the sorbet I have had better ones somewhere else, one of the best ice cream places in town.

Ashley was amazing and friendly. The Candy Cane Forest ice cream was the best dairy free ever.

Maybe im being salty but what ice cream place doesn’t make milkshakes? On top of that the cookies that they made my ice cream sandwich with was super stale.. I’m a garbage disposal when it comes to food but they were so stale that I couldn’t eat them. The ice cream was good tho

The STIL serves up made in house ice cream (as all ice cream shops rightfully should). The flavors were unique but not out there. I appreciated that you could sample it with reusable spoons. Prices were reasonable as well. I got the honey pistachio. It was, unfortunately, somewhat icy on a day that was not very hot. Also, it seemed overchurned because it was too creamy/filled with air. However, I may have just had bad luck and the shop was perfect in every other respect!
Kid-friendliness: The best place for kids.

I heard about the rave reviews about them so I thought we should try them. I got the brownie batter and my wife got a chocolate chip and peanut butter - both of us got waffle cones.
I have to say, I don't get it.
The flavors were meh, at best. I was really glad I got the smallest size because I almost decided to forego the calories and toss it in the trash - but it is ice cream after all! My wife said hers just tasted like chocolate chip ice cream, she couldn't taste the peanut butter. The ice cream was creamy and had a nice texture, but the flavor really wasn't there which really makes me wonder how they got such high reviews? Maybe the reviewers were wearing beer goggles?
I do want to mention that I did like the fact that they use real spoons to give you sample tastes with, that was a nice touch. It is a very small place, so plan to go inside the warehouse or eat outside since inside the restaurant can fill up very quickly.
