I really enjoyed the booze infused ice cream, definitely a first for me, but I'm glad I tried it. The 'Netflix and Chai' was A+. I also enjoy the outside seating area when the weather is warmer outside. Thank you!

okay...I'm not sure about the "homemade" ice cream... just moved here and that was the best choice I made that night.
That being, I can't recommend THE STIL for anything besides the BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE HAD ♥️

We have been big fans of the stil! the deja vi ice cream is supposed to be almond cream with Oreos and waffle cone pieces. all it tastes like is cherry! honestly medicinal. please please let people know the flavor profile.

Best ice cream spot in Boise! My friends and I shared a flight (four different ice creams pairs with four different beer/wine). The gal working was super patient and helpful as we were very indecisive in picking our flavors. After letting us taste test and pick different ice cream flavors, she helped finding good beer and wine to go with the ice cream. She did such a good job because pairings were delicious! Their boozy ice creams are great and definitely worth trying. I personally was a huge fan of the berry cobbler paired with an ale. Highly recommend coming here and getting the flight!

Great ice cream and wine pairings! Pleasantly surprised how yummy everything was! The staff put together a great combination. Will definitely go back. The fire pit outside also was great since it was a little chilly out.

My son loves the ice cream at the Stil. I don't. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically chose a non-dairy flavor. Within 30 minutes, I was sick with nauseousness, a very bad stomach ache and had to cancel plans for the rest of the day. I tried calling their number 3 times, but they have a voicemail that doesn't take a message. I wanted to warn them about that flavor so no one else would get sick. I dropped by the store yesterday, 2 weeks after getting sick and told the person behind the counter. She said it was probably cross contamination. She apologized. We will go back but just to get my son ice cream.
