We always have our company Christmas party after the holidays and football season winds down, and last night our party was catered by the Tortilla Factory. Hands down the best food we’ve had. Everything was fresh and delicious. They delivered and set up everything we needed, very professional. Highly recommend them for any event or just a good meal!

Fun little place with daily specials and good prices. Decent portion sizes. You can share it someone if you are a more light eater. Options of beans and sauces.
The decore is Mexican pottery blended into the walls. Chicken burrito had tender chicken and lots of filling. You can get the toppings on the side or as is. Their mild sauce is mild and very good. Everything tasted fresh. They have a few desserts. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.
We also had the beef quesadilla- comes with rice, beans, and pico. Something for everyone including a kids meals.

Purchased the pork burrito to go. After eating over half with only rice and beans. Finally toward the end found some meat. $11 alot for rice and beans. Won't be returning. Costa Vida

Bravo to this Mexican food. They have done a pretty good job with their food and service. It’s great for the price point and if you need a quick feed to satisfy the tummy. The Barbacoa pork was delicious and would go back to have it again.

First time trying it out. I ordered the steak quesadilla- and oh boy! That steak is so delicious! Not hard or stringy- just right. The menu is easy to read, and ordering was quick.

We eat here often. Taco Tuesdays are fabulous. I have celiac and have not experienced issues. Most of their menu is gluten free. My favorites are anything with corn Tortillas and barbacoa. Delicious every time!

First time here, last time here. Ordered enchilada plate and nothing tasted good. Not awful, but I couldn't eat more than a bite or two of anything.

Great casual quick place for fresh Mexican food. The tortillas reminded my wife of ones she had as a little girl - so that's a big endorsement! The food was very fresh and the flavors reflected that. Nice variety without trying to offer everything - another indicator that they're making things fresh. The guacamole was amazing, the chicken tacos were delicious, and my wife loved the beef enchiladas! We ordered the large chips and guac to share and it was more than the two of us could eat! The portion sizes are generous and the service is friendly and quick. The inside of the restaurant is basic with hard wooden chairs, but they meet the needs for a quick meal.

I really hate to write negative reviews especially because, I think positivity goes a long way on a Monday however, I have to be honest. my first clue that I should have not eaten here was that the place was so quiet and I mean, suspiciously, quiet as in, even the music was turned off when I walked in. after a few minutes, the cashier acknowledged me and she took my order and here are a few things I got in my thoughts on them. steak quesadilla tasted more like hamburger meat, and it’s tortilla that claim to be homemade however, tortilla was still doughy and raw in the middle, which led me to believe, that they microwaved it, and while this would not have been as big of a deal to me, I had to take a bite before, noticing that the tortilla was wrong due to me being visually impaired, and not being able to see firsthand when a restaurant serves me how the food is presented. I even put some top of hot sauce. They had on the table, but somehow, the food still managed to be flavorless which I thought was impossible, but I guess, you learned something every day because the tortilla factory approved me wrong. on the side, I ordered rice and beans, and these tasted like they came from a can and furthermore, the beans were dripping, which led me to think, that the cook hadn’t drained the can all the way. I also ordered two Barbacoa tacos as I had heard that these were the best thing when ordering from the tortilla factory. wow that tortilla was slightly better on these, the meat tasted like the kind of frozen pork products you might find at your average grocery store shelf at a Winco. I will say, the one thing that was good was the Mexican soda and a glass bottle but, I don’t think even the worst restaurants can mess that up can they? I really hope that today was just a fluke however, I think it would be a while before I went back there and less, I found myself in that general vicinity in which case, I may consider trying this place again and updating my review if it’s any better. because nowadays, in order to get me to go out to eat, the restaurant really has to be exceptional just because, due to being on disability, and having a fixed income, I have to really determine whether the cost of an Uber as well as the meal itself is worth it and sadly, tortilla factory was not it at least for now.
