The tortillas, tortilla chips, guacamole, and tacos were exceptional. The restaurant doesn’t look like much, but the food is excellent and I definitely enjoyed it. I wasn’t a fan of the refried beans, but everything else was good. I’d definitely recommend this hidden gem!

We have ordered from here a few times now. Each time that we have ordered it has been fresh hot and very tasty. The orders have been exactly as they were ordered.

I try to visit this place when I'm in Boise. Food is always fresh during my, 5-7pm visits. Great daily specials, taco tuesday is my favorite. Polite counter service.

It was cheap and if the burrito didn't have 80% rice, it would have been great.
Highly underrated spot- lots of vegetarian options. Everything on the menu tastes like a home cooked meal, all wholesome and delish.

I ordered directly from their website for pickup and when I got back to my hotel room I called because there was no sour cream on my order. I was asked if I ordered it and I said it was included. I was told no. She didnt say I could come back and purchase some or anything. Disappointed. There is no option for me to purchase it online, only to ask to have it left off.
I got a quesadilla with steak, and the meat was very salty, which probably would have been hidden better with sour cream. I did purchase guacamole , but the portion was so small that I could only have it with a few bites.
The tortilla was good but got soggy on the bottom immediately. Pico and beans and rice were fine.

So I think I've had my fair share of fish tacos in town. Some great, some not so much. The fish tacos here were cooked fresh, not deep fried, and we're arguably the best fish tacos I've had here in Boise. The flavor is so rich and the fish is cooked to perfection. The tortilla was warm and perfect. I can't say enough good things about it. I have been here a handful of times and been pleased with the food but I was compelled to write this review today. I highly recommend you come in and try the fish tacos. I just can't see someone being disappointed. Nice job Tortilla Factory. These fish tacos compete with the best high end tacos from the far more expensive restaurants and win in my book!

This place is apparently owned and operated by Costa Vida, even though they have a location across the street. I got a smothered chicken burrito, and it IS a Costa Vida burrito. It's pretty good, but I could just go across the street for the exact same burrito, plus better service and rewards points lol. And before you say I'm crazy, this building used to be occupied by a Mexican chain called Bajio. Guess what company bought out Bajio and closed all their locations? It seems kinda shady to sell Costa Vida food at a place that pretends to be its own restaurant.
Ate here yesterday and cannot stay out of the bathroom
