Awesome, and reasonable, enchiladas. I had one flour tortilla with GROUND beef (like a savory ground ? soup in tacoRs) and one corn tortilla with cheese and onions. I chose half green (imtomaVegetarian options: You can make almost every single entrée vegetarian in some manner, and because I was there specifically for two things, I didn’t really spend a lot of time looking at the menu. I believe that I have a menu online, we can also order ahead or have delivery and you can always call the store and place an order over the phone to pick up like I did, I’m just ask your questions then.Dietary restrictions: Many ways to make quite few items vegetarian (doubtful vegan, but I didn’t look either).Parking: This restaurant is right on the corner in a strip mall type of set up, so you have parking where you pull up right to the door on two of the four sides.Kid-friendliness: There were many kid items available, all of which appeared to come with rice and beans or some sort of side and a beverage. I appreciate that because a lot of times Mexican food or other cuisines, offer you craft box macaroni and cheese or one simple item, usually some sort of frozen hamburger, so I appreciate there was more of a children’s selection.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking directly by the door, and although I did not see the actual handicap ramp, I know there has to be one since they had handicap parking.

Got to hit this place on taco Tuesdays! Really delicious pork barbacoa and some of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. My wife and I only go here a couple times each year when we are in the area, but it is definitely something we look forward to each time and are always glad we went!

Staying at a nearby hotel and gave this a shot for takeout. Glad I did, good food, felt healthy, massive portions and friendly service.

I come here a lot. The food is fast and fairly priced. I am however, concerned that they will not stay in business for much longer. No matter when I go I am always the only customer or there may be 1 or 2 people there as well. For a place with so many good reviews why’s it always empty. Couple weeks ago I was joking with a friend and he was making a joke on how he doesn’t understand how they are still in business with so few customers. After my experience today it was less of a joke and more of a reality. Ordered the special for taco Tuesday which had 3 meat options; chicken, pork, or ground beef. I ordered ground beef tacos and the cashier informed me they are only doing chicken on the special which rubbed me the wrong way because after he said that I double checked the screen which I have seen at least 50 times by now and it had 3 meat options. So he added an extra charge for meat change and had to pay for a drink since I’m no longer getting the special which on there board says I can have ground beef. Also the chips seem to not have that same crunch. Kinda stale. Upon reading reviews a lot of people mentioned the burritos are completely filled with rice which is what I was thinking yesterday when I got a burrito. I’m bummed because I have eaten here a lot but the vibe seems to be shifting and it’s not the same joint I fell in love with. I’m sure I’ll be back but not soon.

I would call this almost fast food. I hate the term because I think of McDonald’s when I hear fast food.The food here is good. I’ve eaten at the Tortilla Factory about a dozen times and each experience has been pleasant. This is not a date night atmosphere by any means but the staff are helpful and the dining area is clean.
The food was awesome, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was friendly and clean. We will never go to chipotle again. The food here is way better.

Excellent Authentic Mexican Food! Family oriented! Excellent experience! My family came to town at the last min and were hungry! We ordered to go food right before they were closing on Thursday Dec 21. We ordered over 25 tacos and many other dishes. The staff greeted us with kindness and excellent service. The food was amazing!! FRESH! The Steak tacos with the avocado salsa were so yummy. The steak was tender the tortilla was steamy hot! The staff did not get upset because it was late and was a big order on the contrary the smiled and thanked us for our business! Tortilla Factory you will always be our GO TO!! The fresh salsa we get every time should just be served with bowl and a straw! Thank you for your kindness and excellent food!
