Cafe mocha was delicious!! Michelle the barista was extra kind and made me feel very welcomed. I’m a visitor and she made some recommendations for me around town. This is such a convenient location too. Highly recommend!

The chai tea was stellar and the barista seemed very friendly! This cafe felt quite modern and had plenty of seating.

Nothing special. Just another average coffee shop.

Thomas Hammer Is 50 a lot? Depends on the context. Drops of coffee? No. Chocolate covered espresso beans? Yes. The shop It's a spacious place with giant windows and a separate room off to the side. There are delightful faux taxidermy animals on the wall and cute mugs for sale. The cute mugs have fun things in them so when you drink your drink, you'll see a little dog or unicorn or sea creature or a super creepy raven peeking through. I need one. Drinks The coffee is good and consistent. It gets 5 stars. There are milk alternatives. They have what's called a white coffee, which my friend ordered and let me try. A white coffee is a coffee for people who don't like coffee. It tastes like a mild chai latte. Mellow, quiet, and pleasant. It's like coffees little stoner brother. Food The food is hit or miss. I've had their frittata and I can't recommend it. Their vegetarian breakfast burrito was decent with salsa and sour cream but a bit plain on its own. Their baked goods are great. I like their lemon poppyseed pound cake. It's some of the finest I've had in all the land. Service Fantastic. The communication is great, the baristas are witty, and my drink is always everything I thought it would be. Random info The bathroom is far far away and you need a key. Old building problems, amirite? Sometimes I find myself at a table that isn't exactly clean which is fine because I'm not eating or drinking directly off of it. Valid excuse, they are quite busy. I'm sure if I asked nicely they would clean it up. After several visits my overall take Service: Great. Food: Maybe. Baked goods and coffee: Yes. So if you fancy a coffee, or even if you don't, Thomas Hammer has got you covered.

Nice atmosphere but quite noisy. Coffee is tasty, overall nice spot but not my go to spot.

Stopped in here before the FitOne race. They had three Fall specials (Pumpkin Spice and White Chocolate, Maple Chai Latte, and Apple Butter Cream). I got the first two for my husband and I and I'm only sad we didn't get to try all three. Both were great and really for the mood and the weather before the race. I would go back again. Only bummer I notice was their bathroom situation being somewhere down a hallway in another building and you have to get a key. Not their fault but if your sitting there and staying and that coffee kicks in, waiting for a key is rather inconvenient.

Today I felt like a Chai Tea, she suggested I try the Maple Spice Chai! Delish! Perfect on an overcast day! Thank you Thomas!

Maybe it was the new employee, but at $5 for a 16oz raspberry mocha, it tasted like Starbucks. Go to Dawson's across the street.

We recommend it! Great coffee bar, their variety of roast is unique, place has a great vibe, separate room for co-working if needed and all in the heart of downtown Boise. Try La Revolución it’s a dark roast with exquisite flavor.
