was using the restroom w 2 friends in a very clearly viewable bathroom stall when a blonde, potentially gray or ash toned hair, employee charged into the bathroom & started being incredibly rude. i understand we probably shouldnt have had 3 people in a stall however we were attempting to lower bathroom wait times, & every single one of us was sober as it was the very first bar we had went to & hadnt ordered a single drink. i opened the door with my skirt visibly down but my tights covering myself in an attempt to prove that i was truly using the bathroom. even after this interaction & my friends & i had finished, she continued to make rude & disrespectful comments after we had exited the stall (very clearly not cleaning up or grabbing “product” as im assuming their assumption was). i used to love coming to graineys, however in the future i will heavily consider being a patron at this location any further.

Arrived with two friends on 09/26, and one friend didn't have his ID ready because he comes to this bar so often. The bouncers told him that because he didn't have his ID "ready" and "invaded" their space, they wouldn't let him in. No regard for the situation or ID itself, only that their first impression was enough to send him away. Poor service, no courtesy, no drink specials, dirty tables, not worth it.

My friends were turned down when they had a valid German ID just because the guy checking them didn’t understand it. He was very rude when all we did was question it. You need to get rid of him, he is bad for business. It was the overweight Hispanic guy, he was aggressive and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s escalated other situations. We will never come here again.

Incorrectly told her she needed to carry her passport with her at all times (then proceeded to tell me I look like a fat Forest Gump after I told him he's wrong). Least professional bar in all of downtown Boise. Avoid this trash bar at all costs, all are welcome elsewhere.

My girlfriend lost her jacket here and they had no regard for it. All they cared about was being done with their shift and getting done for the night. Also had a completely sober friend kicked out of here because she accidentally bumped another woman. This bar absolutely stinks. The basement is gross and covered in alcohol. Way too many underage college students let in as well. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
It was fun to do the Cupids undie run. The atmosphere was fun and everyone was great despite being half dressed and cold.

Had a great friend who has PTSD that had only one drink that is from the war and he stepped outside to take a breather and to find his center and yet they bouncer and manager said that he could not come back in even though he was not causing a scene or being violent. He took time to calm himself down and to do the proper procedures and get This place deserves less than a full star for their professionalism and treatment towards someone who deals with PTSD daily and zero sympathy with people who do

Stopped in 11/03 around midnight upper floor. FIRE YOUR BARTENDER! Guy was a huge disappointment. My advice don’t be in the service industry if you don’t like people. He was short with us, annoyed we were there immediately getting to the bar to grab a beer. Very condescending after we had questions about beer on tap. Get rid of this guy. He is going to cost you business.
