I came here for my lunch hour. I ordered two sandwiches. After waiting about 40 minutes (I was generous with my allowed wait time because there was only one employee working) I checked in on my order only to find that the one person working that took my order completely forgot to make it…. NOT A JOKE. I was astonished that she didn’t realize that considering only one person ordered after us and we were sitting right in front of the front desk. The sandwiches are low quality for the price, but it sounded good and we thought it’d be a quick option. Hoping I get my refund…

Save your money.... I was really stoked to try this place, so this was disappointing, especially for the $16 I paid. As much as I love the vibe at the Warehouse, and I love the vibe and potential of this concept, the execution is just not there. I ordered the 'bacon me crazy' sandwich for $13 and added a side of tomato soup for $3. Description says, bacon, roasted tomato, melted American and cheddar cheese on toasted sourdough. The sandwich was well toasted, but the bread lacks substance. Definitely doesn't seem like sourdough. It feels like white bread. That dissolve-in-your-mouth, could roll it into a ball, type wonder bread. It had tomato and a couple pieces of bacon. The soup tasted just like Campbells and had the same texture and consistency as the canned stuff. And the cheese, was American cheese.... it is what it is. As much as I was super excited for this and wanted to like it.... It's just a pretty simple plain sandwich and soup you could make at home for less than $3... Save your money. This place could be great if they used a nice artisan bread, some quality cheeses and nailed a homemade tomato soup, but that's not what it is today.

Cool concept but very oily and expensive

Phenomenal flavor. Best food I had in Boise while on vacation. Highly recommend.

We tried the Jalapeño Popper and Get In My Belly BBQ and both were excellent! Food was hot and fresh. Ingredients tasted great. Will definitely come again!

Over priced grilled cheese. I ordered the Get In My Belly. Not worth it. It was okay but the pulled pork could barely be called bbq. The cashier also argued with me about what chips I ordered. They are chips, just give me the right ones and don't argue with me about it. It wasn't like she had to remake my sandwich just switch a bag of chips.

Food was great. Only issue was with the server. I asked for two Buffalo Chicken sandwiches. I don't know if it was a communication error or what happened but I ended getting charged for three. I told the server I was charged for three and only wanted two. They said I would be refunded. I have yet to receive a refund so now I have been charged for three sandwiches and only received two. The situation would be different if I received three sandwiches and no refund. I would not recommend solely on the premise of not receiving a refund after being promised one.

Visited the location in the Warehouse before the lunch rush. My friend & I ordered at the same time - no waiting. She got her sandwich in about 12 minutes. 10 minutes later I had to ask to have mine taken off the grill. The wait was just too long. The sandwich was good but not great. I ordered the one with bacon and the bacon was very thin and not crisp at all. They were out of any chips other than jalepeno. My friend asked for a substitute and they gave her a small cup of soup.

I practically live on Grilled Cheese sandwiches, and have been excited for this place to open. I love this place, and I think I'll be coming here for lunch every time that I'm downtown.
