Tree City Juice And Smoothie Cafe

First time trying tree city .I'm not a fan the juice was terribly bitter no orange flavor at all and I must say that this location really should do some cleaning .the lobby is very dusty the counter very cluttered and dusty as well .the staff are not welcoming at all .

The girls that were working tonight were very unfriendly. One glared at me most of the time that I was there. I walked in and wasn't greeted once. Just stared at. Won't be returning

We (5 coworkers) placed an online order, received wrong order. We called location and the employee on the phone was rude and hung up on us. Than the manager called us back asking if we have a problem, the manager was very rude as well. She was only concerned on if we had a problem. Will Not order from this location again

Smoothies are usually good but why does this place always look so dirty. The floor and walls need a good scrubbing. Also, I'm not tipping when you aren't serving. The price is already high but I feel like they get annoyed if you don't tip.

Arrived at 10mins till 8 PM (closing at 8) Door was open, but walked in and was sent away because theyre closed…. Lock your door turn your sign around. Follow your hours. Be a normal business, please! So rude and bad business ethics

Waited almost 20 minutes to get our order taken in the drive thru, kinda annoying. The website menu DOES NOT match the actual menu. the smoothie bowls went from $6.99 to $11.99. the menu items are completely different and there are much fewer options. I get they are understaffed but the transaction took a total of 30 minutes. Extremely unpleasant experience and will not be returning.
