Terrible customer service, so bad I said no to the order. While taking the order was cut off “can I get you anything else” by some woman who acted like I needed to say my whole order in one breath. I get to the pay window and some guy with a terrible attitude greets me. My wife and I couldn’t believe how bad their customer service was. At this point I didn’t even feel comfortable to drink the smoothies we ordered. Never coming back, read the reviews

wanted something cold, high in Vitamin C, tasty, yet filling. young man that worked the counter was friendly and able suggest a smoothie not on menu board anymore. Muscle blast I think. he added whey protein and vitamin C and was able to cut down the sugar added. Considering the costs of meal at a fast food place, this was a good value meal replacement smoothie. I also got the blueberry chia oatmeal bowl for a meal later on. the bowl used could be a smidge bigger so some of topping isn't schmushed but no biggie.

Just got our order home to go and was given kale and apple slaw that expired 4 days ago. I called and was offered to be given one not expired if I drove back down to the store. No thanks. Biggest concern is why are they still in possession of food that expired 4 days ago?

Significantly shrank the size of their yogurt bowls and now they ask for tips as well. Very cool.
I went through the drive through at 11:57 and found a piece of SOMEONE ELSES CUP IN MY SMOOTHIE! Clearly not from my cup as my cup is still in tack. Hugely disappointing, idk why someone would think it’s okay to give someone a smoothie with styrofoam in it!

Every time I go to this location, they give me a drink that’s more ice than fruit and sometimes forget my pea protein powder. Today it was both. The bowl they gave me was also underloaded. The smoothie was spilling out of the top. They didn’t wipe off the cup and it got on my clothes before a photoshoot. The manager doesn’t really seem to care. What a waste of money. Don’t go to this location anymore. Go to the one on overland by Walmart.

Tropical Smoothie is my go-to when I need a fruity boost. Their smoothies are fresh and tasty, it’s like a mini vacation in a cup—no passport required! The menu is full of fun choices, and I love tossing in extra boosts just to feel like a smoothie scientist. The staff is always cheerful and quick, making it the perfect spot for a refreshing pick-me-up.

The drive thru at this particular location is so awful. It’s built in an old bank building so the drive thru is the old bank drive thru. There are killer curbs that are completely invisible from the driver seat. Someone’s gonna need CV joints replaced one of these days. You can tell by the number of black marks and broken concrete that this is a recurrent issue for many.
