Tried to order off door dash. Food never showed up. Order just canceled from the restaurant. Tried to call the restaurant but no number to the locale store. There hot line to figure it out is not open during there normal business hours.never heard of this place or seen it. Starting to think it's a scam.

If you don't know already, Twisted Tenders is a ghost kitchen inside Old Chicago at Boise Town Square - there isn't any signage to indicate this, but their food is scattered throughout the Old Chicago menu.The tenders are amazing, excellently seasoned, very tender, and very juicy! The first time we ordered through Door Dash we ordered tenders and wings - I think the wings are made by Old Chicago and they weren't the best...If you go to Old Chicago definitely order the Italian nachos - delicious!

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders from DoorDash. Really disappointed that I received raw chicken. We also ordered extra sauces and a coke which we never got… Probably won’t order from here again.

We have ordered from them so many times and they have always been above average quality and taste. In the past it has been very flaky chicken strips with super soft and flavorful meet, and the sauces were just outstanding. This time when we ordered half of the menu was gone, they no longer offered chicken strips and what we got was nothing great in quality. It was like a chicken strip basket you get at a deli, no flavor and dry chicken. I am so disappointed because in the past it has always been super high quality and this time it was so cheap and underwhelming.
