The food is okay, not at all worth the price ever. It’s a great $5 waffle not $10+. Wouldn’t recommend, stick to something like IHOP, good quality, great price.

I didn't love it. The waffle was thick like a really dense sourdough biscuit. It was hard to cut and definitely hard to eat. The syrup wasn't very syrupy. I did enjoy the chicken but it would have been better with syrup that actually tasted like syrup. I wouldn't come back here again.

Oh my gosh! I just picked up from this location DON’T COME HERE if you want your moneys worth!!!! This was my first time coming to the downtown location I am so disappointed!!!!! Charged me $23 for 2 KIDS WAFFLES because they were gluten free and charged me for extra cream and there was only one scoop on each. I hate leaving 1 star reviews in fact I never do but if you want your moneys worth go to the other location huge rip off here!! I didn’t realize any of this until I got home I had gotten it to go!

Girls night out and stopped at Waffle love for a bite to eat ahead of our night out. Was so excited about some good chicken and waffles. The chicken, waffles and I dont know how the pulled it off but even the syrup had no flavor. The waffles which is in the name were not cooked through and doughy. Not a good meal!

Google said it was open at 8AM. I showed up at 8:15AM all doors were closed but one. I was not greeted by anyone, when i finally found an employee she said they were not open until 9AM. I feel embarrassed and angry I was really looking forward to it. Google fix the opening time for this place so no one goes thru what I did. Can’t leave an actual review because I didn’t have time to wait till 9 to try it.

How do they do it!? The waffles are amazing! The atmosphere is nice, so clean and friendly, the flavors of the waffles, the chicken, the strawberries…it’s our favorite place to eat Breakfast.

This place has amazing regular (says my mother) and gluten free waffles! My favorite is the Nutella, cream and strawberries! Delicious and I will be a repeat customer! The texture is normal, the flavor is great and you’ll think they messed up and brought you a gluten filled waffle - but no - it’s just that good! It is an upcharge - but what’s new…They have lots of sweet and savory options. This location is inside the warehouse building so there is TONS of seating. I recommend grabbing a coffee from the cafe in here too! They pair well together! :)
Vegetarian options: Anything that has meat you can get without meat :)
Dietary restrictions: Had several gf options
Parking: There is very limited street parking but there are two parking garages literally across the street!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of restraunts in this building, kinda like a mall food court so everyone in the family can get what they want and enjoy it. Plenty of space for strollers and high chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, the whole building is! My friend had no troubles.
