How do they do it!? The waffles are amazing! The atmosphere is nice, so clean and friendly, the flavors of the waffles, the chicken, the strawberries…it’s our favorite place to eat Breakfast.

This place has amazing regular (says my mother) and gluten free waffles! My favorite is the Nutella, cream and strawberries! Delicious and I will be a repeat customer! The texture is normal, the flavor is great and you’ll think they messed up and brought you a gluten filled waffle - but no - it’s just that good! It is an upcharge - but what’s new…They have lots of sweet and savory options. This location is inside the warehouse building so there is TONS of seating. I recommend grabbing a coffee from the cafe in here too! They pair well together! :)Vegetarian options: Anything that has meat you can get without meat :)Dietary restrictions: Had several gf optionsParking: There is very limited street parking but there are two parking garages literally across the street!Kid-friendliness: Lots of restraunts in this building, kinda like a mall food court so everyone in the family can get what they want and enjoy it. Plenty of space for strollers and high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, the whole building is! My friend had no troubles.

Placed an order with a few friends about an hour before their closing time of 9 p.m. Showed up around 8:20 for the order & got home to bite into the hardest, crunchiest, and cold waffles. It was our very first time trying this place as well and it was pretty spendy for all of our meals, so we were pretty disappointed honestly.

First off, when you order 3 items and only receive 2, that's NOT a good indication of good service, despite the order arriving on time. Hence, the 2 stars rating for service. I would rather have an order take longer and be correct then miss items so 1 person doesn't get to eat. Completely, unacceptable and embarrassing for a business to not fulfill a simple order of only 3 items. The waffle was soaked in syrup and was mediocre at best. Not crispy but rather soggy. Taste was NOT what I was expecting and I don't have that high of standards either. The fries were NOT crispy as requested and the chicken was average at best with only 1 big piece and not actual chicken strips we were expecting.I can't rate the other item since we never received it. This business needs to get it together and learn how to properly fullfill a basic order of ONLY 3 items. This order could have been better fullfillled and executed by a kindergartener. Enough said, think twice about ordering and look for other options available.AN UPDATE to my original post after receiving a swift response from the owner:I do appreciate the quick reply! The problem with a missing item on Uber eats is we had a one time $25 credit, and this credit never included the $5 service fee we had to pay for in addition to tipping the driver, plus any tax. So the cost out of pocket was still almost $18 for this entire order with using our full $25 credit.Uber eats only gave us back just over $3 and the $25 credit is now gone and cannot be used again. So the $9 missing item ended up costing us a lot more money in the end. The fees were based off of the total price including the missing $9 item we never received. So, we lost the additional tax, tip, and the rest of our $9 credit. We gambled ordering from you expecting to receive our full order. I do personally understand having a new employee but this particular employee should have at the very least completed our entire order. Even if the food wasn't perfect at that point we wouldn't have been so upset and disappointed and there would have been NO point to even write our original review. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least for a breakfast order we thought was would have been a simple transaction. We don't mind spending money but at least we should have received what we paid for.If we place another order, we will still have to pay delivery fees, tip, tax etc. just to receive our corrected original order. While we do appreciate the offer it just doesn't make sense for to do that. We just wanted you understand our reasoning for writing the honest review about our experience. We are NOT the type of people that just write reviews, let alone, a bad one. Unfortunately, now you see why we did.

These were probably the worst waffles i have eaten. They tasted like dense undercooked bread with no flavor.

Came here during a school music event. only one woman working, had to put up with half the group at most. outstanding job, deserves a raise. waffles were great too. Thank you! I'm so sorry for the impatient losers leaning over the counter

The food was delicious. My only gripe is the fake *maple syrup* I recommend using actual maple syrup to make it an authentic meal, better tasting and healthier

Meh. NOT WORTH $15!This is the breakfast plate. Order this and a water for $15. Not worth it. Waffle is a brick. I mean you can't even cut it with the crappy plastic knife they gave you. Service was nothing. They didn't even say hello or thank you. The server forgot my water and grudgingly went and got it. I know such an effort and strain in her life. The egg was burntGo across the street and spend $12 for a real breakfast.

45 minutes is a long time to wait for one visibly stoned teenager to make 2 waffles while the other employee hides in the back on their phone. Really enjoyed previous waffle love experiences but this was a bit more than unreasonable. Waffles were also really hard/old but wouldn't have minded if the service was better. Hopefully some training and better hiring will improve this location!

The waffles are really good, but a little small for the price. The employee working when I went in was super rude though. Right as I walked up to order he walked to the back for a few minutes, and then when he came back out he didn’t even acknowledge me for another couple of minutes. He kind of mumbled a couple words at me to get my order but that was it and then went back to being on his phone.

Not really a fan of waffles, I chose a slice of pizza for my lunch. But then I couldn't help noticing the person at the table next to me with a waffle, strawberries, and cream. It brought back memories of those delicious funnel cakes you get from the county fair or Knott's Berry Farm, the ones that are so delicious, you wonder why they are so rarely to be found. So on a whim and an impulse, I headed over to Waffle Love to check out the menu. I opted for the Boise Blue, a waffle covered in blueberry topping and whipped cream. At $11.00 with tax, it got me thinking...and almost with buyer's remorse, I hesitated for a sec. A few minutes later, I retrieved my pricey dessert and returned to my table. I then knew why the name is Waffle Love, because it was love at first bite. This was not a waffle my friends; this is a hearty fresh bread scone in the shape of a waffle. Seriously! Its heavenly consistency, like a hunk of donut fried to perfection. Almost crisp on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside, tastes like a delicious Utah scone only better! Worth every penny, the generous helping of blueberry topping and cream contributed to the amazing perfection. Don't pass up Waffle Love without giving it a whirl, and if you don't love waffles, still give it a try. These waffles are unbelievably amazing. (Way better than a funnel cake!) Wish I could stay in Boise one more day for another waffle.
