Was looking for brunch to meet friends from out of town. This wasn't it, as they don't do brunch, but the waffles are amazing, just the right amount of sweet and savory. They have some selections already on the menu and of course some create your own. I highly recommend Waffle Me Up!

The staff has a passionate, mouth-watering pitch nailed down.If you can only try one waffle, try the "BOB Delux". It's their signature waffle, and the unique blend of high quality ingredients makes you really rethink what's possible with a waffle.For your second visit, I recommend the chicken and waffles. This is hands down the best chicken and waffles I've ever eaten. They cook their chicken to perfection, with a nice crispy crust and juicy center. It's topped of with some of the best country gravy I've eaten.The service really epitomizes what it is to be Boise local. The owner, Hector, always greats us with a great attitude and bends over backwards for his customers. My favorite example is when my wife was in the hospital after giving birth to our daughter. I called in a to-go order on the way to the hospital. Hector prepared it BEFORE opening time AND refused to let me pay for it. He has built up a staff that truly understands that a great restaurant is really a part of the community.

Our first time visiting Boise and found this absolute gem!! The Liege waffles are beyond delicious!!! So, so good. But what really makes this place was the incredible, friendly service. Great things being made by people who care with great attitudes. It makes all the difference. Also, the coffee was surprisingly delicious! We will be back.

Great atmosphere our first time here my son and I ordered the waffle with chicken had the gravy on the side. Glad I did the chicken and the waffles don't even need any thing to cover it up. They taste amazing the gravy was great itself. My son gives it a 10 out of 10 the chicken is so soft, but crunchy. The waffle was just amazing we will definitely be trying to make a trip out here again.

When we entered, we were greeted by an extremely friendly server who kept us smiling and happy the entire time. Max, our server in question, was incredibly attentive and respectful, very dependable, and ensured myself and my group were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.The food was absolutely amazing, both the sweet and the savory options, and the waffles themselves tastes incredible. Overall, the visit was splendid, and every person in my group left satisfied, smiling, and very well fed.
