I wish I knew her name, but we had the most amazing server. Fantastic service and so nice. She ran us down when we walked out of the restaurant because we forgot our food. She then went back to the restaurant and labeled them and put them in a to go back and came and found us. Absolutely made my day, so sweet!

Food was great service was subpar. Seamed like only one waiter was doing it all my guess is the owner or manager and under staffed. She was not friendly I felt rushed and got the impression I was annoying her with my order. Just wanted lots of food sorry I guess lady. I Won’t go back! Food was good so I guess if you don’t mind a unpleasant server give it a try. Oh and don’t sit in the back corner facing the wall. Kinda odd seating spot

we have been going to wasabi sushi for approximately 10 years?? we heard about it from our granddaughters preschool teacher at Montessori, who had just gotten back from Japan. he went on a search for the best sushi in Boise. wasabi was that place that he found, in Boise. we have been faithfully going there since then. our granddaughter now is 13 !
we have never been disappointed!
Great service, great sushi. Always fairly quiet, but never empty. Sushi here and froyo next door makes for a great date night 😌

Sara was absolutely lovely. Our dinner was phenomenal. Started with the Gyoza and Chicken Karaage. Got the Heart Attack, Salmon Crunch and the Rainbow rolls. This place is so underrated. 10/10 recommend every time

Always delicious, and a bigger range of Japanese food than you can get at most Boise restaurants. Teriyaki has a nice char on it, udon is chewy, and all the donburi is tasty.

Doesn’t look great from the outside, but the food and service is great. New favorite place in town.

Very japanese teki. The food reminded me of Japan when I visited there years ago. Just the right amount of sauce to bowl. All hail donburi!

Ordered uber eats. There was not $75.00 worth of food there. Poki was a small portion filled with mango and no tabiko. Very little tuna. And the $35.00 assortment was small. Very disappointed. Won’t order again.

The sushi is actually pretty good (a difficult task for Idaho)! I took off a star because the service was poor. The server did not bring us menus or water for quite some time. Then our food took forever and we realized after she dropped it off that we had no utensils or napkins. She didn't come back to ask how the food was until we were totally done eating. This place could really shine if a little effort was put into their service.
