Ordered uber eats. There was not $75.00 worth of food there. Poki was a small portion filled with mango and no tabiko. Very little tuna. And the $35.00 assortment was small. Very disappointed. Won’t order again.

The sushi is actually pretty good (a difficult task for Idaho)! I took off a star because the service was poor. The server did not bring us menus or water for quite some time. Then our food took forever and we realized after she dropped it off that we had no utensils or napkins. She didn't come back to ask how the food was until we were totally done eating. This place could really shine if a little effort was put into their service.
Good food, horrible customer service. Not sure we’ll be back unless we just happen to be on this end of town, and nostalgia really takes over.
They have no process in place to properly manage pick-up orders, even when there’s only two other customers in the entire dining room. There seems to be a broader communication issue internally, or perhaps, the front-of-house staff is improperly trained, or just working through growing pains associated with being new.
Fingers crossed these guys can turn it around-we had great food and a great experience the last few times we’ve driven over from the west end, to grab some of our favorite sushi, but the manager didn’t earn our business tonight, and he was a bit aloof and quite dismissive.

This is solely based on the food, as this was a pick up to go. The sushi portions are extremely small for the price. The tuna roll is less an actual sushi roll and more of a wrap, which is a disappointing size for the price. We got several "rolls" and the j-bomb appetizer and things tasted adequate at best and like burnt tires at worst. The best thing I had was the miso soup. All of this would have been an easier pill to swallow if not for the price. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself sushi from a different place.

Great place. Love the food and the atmosphere there. By far my favorite Asian restaurant in Idaho.

I ordered take out and got 6 tiny pieces of salmon sashimi for $17 these slices are as thin as the salmon put on top of nigiri and other rolls. This is not what I expected for sashimi. Then I open the edamame and they didn’t even fill up the box like other restaurants do. I went to sushi bros the other day and it was $14 for 8 huge pieces of sashimi. And they filled the box full with edamame to the point it barely closed. Will never be going here again. Go to another sushi restaurant.

My family and I hadn't been back to Boise Idaho in over a decade and this place came highly recommended. There was a new waitress being trained but she was extremely attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely go back.

Even though it seems like there’s many choices for sushi in Boise, there isn’t. Wasabi is one of the 2 best places for sushi. They are always consistently fresh and good! Many restaurants are doing “sushi” rolls but that’s not real sushi! Got to Wasabi if you want real sushi !

Very good sushi! I ordered the sashimi/nigiri platter and the Salmon Lover’s roll, and a deep fried roll. The Salmon Lover’s roll was amazing, it is a must get if you are a fan of salmon. There were so many great flavors going on. The yellowtail sashimi was particularly good and very fresh, along with the salmon sashimi. Of course, for good sushi you’ll have to pay top dollar so be prepared to spend a little bit. I recommend Wasabi Sushi.
