How come every time I come here my order gets messed up. I just DoorDash chili and asked for extra crackers and of course open the bag there's no crackers and the DoorDash are specifically asked and the worker said Yep I put him in there. Now I have a bratty kid Who doesn't want to eat because there's no crackers. Annoying as hell. And every time I DoorDash my order is messed up. I'm done ordering DoorDash from this restaurant.

No 5 stars for this Wendy’s on Broadway. We ordered from the Kiosk which was easy to use . While waiting for our food to be prepped the employees Were talking Extremely LOUD about personal stuff which echoed the dine in area. Very annoying! We received our food in a timely manner. the bacon fries were amazing ! The double bacon cheese burger gets a 1 star from me . The bun was very dry. Definitely didn’t taste fresh to me nor my husband . Wendy’s in Meridian is soooo much better . I get Much better service and the food tastes fresh .

I had a small mix up with my uber order. I had called Wendy’s to see if they could help and I believe the manager Mark at broadway was the one who helped us. He was very kind and patient. He immediately remade all the food free of charge dues to issue that had happened. He did a great job. It was a very pleasant experience and he was so kind.

Stopped into Wendy's to pick up a doordash order and stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes with no one around to help. Called out to the back for assistance multiple times. It did not receive any help until I flagged down the cook or what seemed to be the cook in the back while the other on the clock employee is pacing around the parking lot and dancing and doing who knows what with a headset on
ordered on doordash got the wrong burger they forget my Cinnabon and forgot our 6 nuggets and gave us only 4 nuggets out of a 10 peace, and no sauce or straw very disappointed i was about to munch and i’m very sad now i never get wendy’s and never will again :(

I ate a burger from this location on 11/20/24, and it gave me the worst food poisoning I have had in over a decade, I am not a religious man and yet this event had me praying to what ever entity was listening initially to spare me, then to bargain and finally to end my life. This is one of the few late night fast food spots near me that is not on the BDS list where I have less ethical issues eating at. Wildly disappointing, service was good.

I went to Wendy's for the first time, and the food was good! I had a burger, fries, and soda. They have the kind of soda machine with a screen and lots of options. What really impressed me, though, was the atmosphere. It was about the same size as a normal fast food place, but it felt a lot more open. This was mostly because instead of having booths, it had several lightly colored tables and chairs.
