I love Wendy's, always have, but in more then one Wendy's in different towns I've received my food almost cold, the cheese is never melted and the lettuce is usually substandard, the meat taste like it was precooked then heated in a microwave which it probably was, but Wendy's has always claimed to have "fresh" food which about 5 yrs ago they did, back when the patties were square and usually pretty fresh and juicy, i don't know what they did...
