A shocking experience an arrogant cashier and a depressed employee.
When we arrived at the payment window, the atmosphere was awful, and the service was disgusting. We asked if they had anything for dogs, like McDonald's does, and she just ignored us. When we asked again, she simply made a face. After that, she told us rudely to move the car forward, even though there was no one behind us, as if she didn’t want us to see what they were doing with the food.
Of course, we canceled our order and went to eat at a normal place. Horrible—I will never return.

Very rude people. I’m shocked. the worst experience ever… Firstly we was ordering food, and we didn’t finished yet and added something else, and she was like "SO YOU DIDN’T FINISH YET?” Then asked if they have something for dogs, first time she ignored us, then she just looked at us like we are aliens or something. And she was just silent for the couple minutes, just looked at us. We asked if everything is okay, and she told us that they’re all confused. Confused about what?? What is wrong with this place.. I’m shocked

Went to get Chili. Now, I AM used to good chili from Chili's, so they're NOT comparable. I didn't like the beans in the chili and too much tomatoes.

Came into this place after having a terrible experience at red Robin on Eagle, where we didn't get to eat our food. Just wanted something quick because I had surgery early in the morning. First thing that happens, we get charged 9.41 for a single chicken sandwich. It ended up being just over 6 dollars. My man gave her a 20 dollar bill, and she says "we don't have any ones". Right off the bat she had this terrible negative affect and after our previous experience, it was so disappointing. So then we ordered a small frosty because we had just paid 3 dollars that day at state street for a Keychain that says we get one. She tells us sorry but that's an old one. I tell her that I just paid for it today from another store. She proceeds to start arguing with me about this junior frosty. Finally my boyfriend speaks up and very nicely tells her that he doesn't appreciate her very negative attitude, and all she could say was that she wasn't being rude, it's just how she is. Offered nothing in that regard, tells us reluctantly which is Anisa, though I don't know how to spell it. We tell her to have a goodnight and she shuts the door in our faces. So then I just get home and the chicken sandwich clearly has meat that has been sitting in a pan for far too long. I'm posting pictures of the way it looks. I'm very disappointed and will never go here again. Which sucks because we liked that place once!

Me and my sister just ordered from this wendy’s and we ate our food in our car out front. a few things that didn’t make this place the best 1. the lady we talked to was very rude and bland. she had no cheer in her voice. she sounded upset. which made ordering hell. 2. she didn’t even get our order right. we asked for apple slices for my nephew and they gave us fries. 3. when we got to the window, she wasn’t even at the window.. it was someone else, like she didn’t want to see us or talk or something, but i seen her. she was there just didn’t want to be at the window. 4. the fries were not all that great. they were stale and just plain and not the best.
the only good thing abt my experience here was the man at the window. when the lady didn’t want to be at the window, it was a man. and he was very nice and made sure we got everything and when we asked for sauce for our fries he made sure we would like the sauce. (he didn’t test taste hahaha) he just suggested that the sauce wouldn’t disappoint

Walked in at 7pm Thursday and knowone was in there. Waited and absolutely no one in the building. Left. Won't be going back

Writing this review so I remember to visit this Wendy's again. This location is our favorite! The food is always fresh and delicious and the people are super nice! They even exchanged our kids meal toy for one my child didn't have. We'll be back ?

The store was a ghost town and yet the one who took my order and served my food seemed so irritated I visited their restaurant. Energy. Enthusiasm. Appreciation. Standard customer service goes a long way in my eyes.

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in a long time. The staff was friendly professional and acted like they had a personality. That may be tough to read but a lot of Wendy's such cause they don't pay will enough for quality hires. The Wendy's staff was quick, professional and nice to deal with. Good food and it was clean and well stocked.
