He always seems to be rude to Hispanic people or foreign people,when I visit before he was rude to the guy before me, which was Hispanic, and then he threw the ranch on my plate. And today he saw me I guess he put my order together and I’m thinking he purposely didn’t give me fries with no salt and he gave me old fries with salt

Apparently breakfast ends whenever they decide it ends. It doesn't end at 10:30 like everywhere else. I like this Wendy's because it's close to my house but I'm going to go somewhere else for breakfast I guess.

I'm not entirely sure what to think here. Seems everytime I come to this specific location, the waits are long and the workers walk around seemingly confused. They don't really address anyone. Other locations seem fine its just this once spot. I didnt even order anything. I left.

I'm rating as DoorDasher not a customer. My order was ready when I arrived so I can't complain about that. My complaint is that the lobby is full flat screen kiosks. No human experience. As a customer and a consumer I will never visit this establishment as long as that is the business model. Full stop. Never under any circumstance. I'm not ok with the new normal. Plenty of fast food restaurants don't subscribe to this new business model such as: In and Out, Chick fil A, Arctic Circle etc. These fast food establishments don't sacrifice customer service for efficiency and profit and the lines to get into them are so long that cities and countries often refuse permits for new restaurants. It's not surprising that there are many fast food chains struggling to stay in business. It's not that hard.

I was disappointed when I stopped by Wendy’s Sunday morning June 15th. I had ordered two bacon breakfast burritos, they gave me sausage… the worst part was that the manager told me that hadn’t put potato wedges down yet, which I was fine waiting for, I waited about 10 minutes and she brought the food out, I got home and she didn’t even put the potato wedges in the bag… disappointing I waited all that time for nothing and a wrong order

The service on this day was very poor. After waiting in line for an extended period of time, I ended up waiting at the window even longer because they tried handing me a Frosty instead of the chili beans I had ordered, so my wait was even longer while they served up my order. I won't be visiting this location again.

Food is always good, but I have to pull forward and wait 8 times out of 10 to wait for my mobile order. The employees are always professional, nice, and apologetic when the wait is long. Maybe under staffed? Makes me not want to stop sometimes because I know I won't be getting my food in a normal time.

Had been a while since I have eaten at a Wendy’s and it will be a long time before i go again. This is the home of their square hamburger patty and I did enjoy it when I had one before. I guess their quality control has gone done at there now have very young people serving us that have no idea of how to treat a client.

Employees weren't professional about their job the floor and tables had crumbs of food not cleaned at all bad customer service fries were cold when we got are order they didn't put salt on the fries they were plane with no salt I will never come to this Wendy's again
