I'm rating as DoorDasher not a customer. My order was ready when I arrived so I can't complain about that. My complaint is that the lobby is full flat screen kiosks. No human experience. As a customer and a consumer I will never visit this establishment as long as that is the business model. Full stop. Never under any circumstance. I'm not ok with the new normal. Food is always good, but I have to pull forward and wait 8 times out of 10 to wait for my mobile order. The employees are always professional, nice, and apologetic when the wait is long. Maybe under staffed? Makes me not want to stop sometimes because I know I won't be getting my food in a normal time.
