We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and two jr bacon cheese burgers. I asked for no mayo on one of the burgers. The order was correctly repeated to me. When we received the order, one burger was labeled no mayo. That burger had residual mayo on the top bun where it was obvious mayo had been applied and then wiped off. I know margins are tight but if the burger is made incorrectly dont try to cover it up. Just put a new bun top on it.

I'm rating as DoorDasher not a customer. My order was ready when I arrived so I can't complain about that. My complaint is that the lobby is full flat screen kiosks. No human experience. As a customer and a consumer I will never visit this establishment as long as that is the business model. Full stop. Never under any circumstance. I'm not ok with the new normal. Plenty of fast food restaurants don't subscribe to this new business model such as: In and Out,...

Food is always good, but I have to pull forward and wait 8 times out of 10 to wait for my mobile order. The employees are always professional, nice, and apologetic when the wait is long. Maybe under staffed? Makes me not want to stop sometimes because I know I won't be getting my food in a normal time.
