Terrible to order online drive to pick up your order and the restaurant decided to close early. Who cares about store hours. What lazy people and they think they deserve higher wages. You want more than the bare minimum act like you deserve it. Reply: Saying you didn't close early and not closing early are 2 different things. Do not go to this place terrible service!!

I’ve been here multiple times and usually this place is great. Today I was highly disappointed. The soda machine needs a good cleaning. The ice dispenser has mold growing and the machine its self needs cleaned. The tables and shakers are gross and mostly empty. Breadsticks were an appetizer and were brought out with our pizza. Not sure if I will be back. And probably won’t recommend to others anymore. I’d give a star and a half but it won’t let me

The other great ratings for this location are the truth. This store is very clean, welcoming, respectful, and on time. The pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks are delicious. My family and I have yet too try the rest of the menu but it all looks so good. My son changed this to his #1 Pizza spot. No more main chain pizza. I'll update with pictures of there fine cooking on my next stop in.
Parking: There's plenty of parking. On the way out, there is median blocks on both sides so you have to decide which street you're going to go down when leaving or else you have to do a U turn at the light, do you understand. Google maps will take you directly there.

The lack of service is what earns the 1 star. I ordered online, arrived at the approximate time that was given, and was told it would be about 5 minutes. Proceeded to sit down next to the counter to wait. Almost 20 minutes later and I did not have my items yet. I can totally understand if busy, but most everyone was just standing around. Once I was finally acknowledged we find out my pizza and wings had been sitting there for 10 minutes.
Pizza was fine. It’s pizza so it’s never that bad.
Park garlic wings were tiny. But flavor was good.
Food is 2 stars. Service gets a 1.

From out of town and like to try local pizza. I really enjoyed it. Fresh and delicious! Delivery was fast and friendly. I recommend!

I ordered a pizza paid 33 bucks it is supposed to have Canadian bacon and sausage. No sausage or Canadian bacon. Really disappinted. After posting my review I was contacted by West side Pizza. They appoligized and refunded my money. They also sent a new pizza. When my husband and I received our new Pizza it was excellent ?
