I went with my one year old daughter because she loves pretzels and when I got there.I was very unsure of what I wanted and tyler was very helpful and patient!! His customer service is above and beyond! He should be in management if not already! Thank you tyler for making me and my daughters visit the best! You should really get more employees like him. (And the food was fresh and delicious as always!)

First time trying wetzels and I was pleased with the experience. Food was a little pricey but I was very pleased with the staff. I was unsure what to get for me and my family, but Tyler walked me through the options and helped me make a selection. They were busy but he never rushed me and was very friendly. I will be stopping in next time at the mall.

First time trying this place. Patrick did an excellent job with customer service and suggesting the almond crunch pretzel bites. The line was a long one and he took the time to help answering my questions. The pretzels were a little undercooked and they could have been baked a little longer. For the price point , a little more emphasis on quality. But I’m willing to come back and try different things and give a second chance.
First off every time I go to the Boise Mall we have to stop by the stand and get a treat! Makiah is so friendly and extra sweet to my children! Which always brightens my day. She is such a blessing and a ray of sunshine to such a crazy shopping experience with children! Keep her? Thank you Makiah for making a difference in your customers days! Every time we come to the mall we always stop by to buy pretzels. We came today and the lady who works there named Julie was extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s the worst employee that i ever met here.

Pretzels were a bit burnt but the kids enjoyed them. Employee had a smile on her face, served my wife and kids just after 7 with no complaints.

Waited a ridiculous amount of time only to be eye rolled at when we said we were okay with waiting for our pretzels. They did have regular cheese but told us they did not but it was in the cabinet when they opened it. The food was burnt and they were out of practically everything. Didn’t put any ice in the drinks.
